Senior Software Engineer - 221254.

We (the Software Engineer team) are looking for a motivated, experienced person with a data driven approach to join our Distribution Team in Budapest or Szeged to help design, execute and improve our test sets and infrastructure for producing high-quality Hadoop software.

A Day in the life

You will be part of a team that makes sure our releases are predictable and deliver high value to the customer. This team is responsible for automating and maintaining our test harness, and making test results reliable and repeatable.

You have...

•strong knowledge in at least 1 of the following languages: Java / Python / Scala / C++ / C#

•hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt

•confidence with Linux environments

•ability to identify critical weak spots in distributed software systems

•experience in developing automated test cases and test plans

•ability to deal with distributed systems

•solid interpersonal skills conducive to a distributed environment

•ability to work independently on multiple tasks

Java Backend

Experience : 5+ years (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Hyderabad(Remote)

• Core Java, SpringBoot, MicroServices
• DB2 or any RDBMS database application development
• Linux OS, shell scripting, Batch Processing
• Troubleshooting Large Scale application
• Experience in automation and unit test framework is a must
• AWS Cloud experience desirable
• Agile Development Experience
• Complete Development Cycle ( Dev, QA, UAT, Staging)
• Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Understand the UI needs, backend design and data design and create the backend code for the same
• Backend development in NodeJs 12 & above, ExpressJs, NestJs, RESTful web services, Docker, MongoDB, Azure AKS or Kubernetes
• Collaboration with other team members (Architect, UI, backend developers, DBA, Data analytics team) to work in coherence
• Working experience into Agile and scrum methodologies
• Manage SDEs and Interns to drive the deliverables

We are looking for a Developer who is proficient with Node and has at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Your primary role will be on developing microservices, while ensuring good coding practices and architecture. You will have end to end ownership of the services you develop, to ensure it is robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and quality product is important.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Integrating and maintaining Node micro services
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and API communications, especially to consume data from and/or push data into MongoDB for Web and mobile applications
• Proficient on modeling applications on NOSQL databases(preferably MongoDB)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong coding experience in Node JS.
• Should have experience with microservice architecture
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement

Nice to have:

• Some experience with queues like like Redis,SQS,etc
• Experience with cloud solutions like Lambda, Docker etc
• Experience in DevOps and related practices to improve development lifecycle, continuous delivery with high quality is an advantage.
• Deploy server/related components to staging, live environments.
• Some exposure to React Frontend implementation, deeper JS skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, etc.).

Integration of User Interfaces developed by front end developers.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must have a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or in similar field.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in PHP web development.

· Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (CodeIgniter, NodeJS)

· Experience in creating custom modules and themes.

· Expert knowledge in web architecture.

· Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and oops concept.

· Strong understanding of full synchronous behaviour of PHP.

· Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js

· Experience in MySQL and the ability to write SQL queries.

· Proficient understanding of source control management such as Git, SVN.

· Proficient understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

· Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.

· Ability to create database schemes that represent and support business processes.

· Experience with Edu Tech companies will be preferred.
