Job Summary:

As a Technical Manager, you will be providing the guidance to all the team members in designing, implementing and delivering the technical solutions.

Also, responsible to maintaining the existing product line with high quality and timely deliverables by working closely with product teams.

In this role, you will be hiring the new development staff, oversee each aspect of the development process, and act as a liaison between development team and upper management. Also ensures that team is fully trained and able to perform their jobs.

Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to resolve the challenges quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Participate and contribute to project planning and effort estimation.
• Demonstrate exceptional requirements gathering skills and support requirement gathering sessions.
• Contribute to technical design of business solutions.
• Support leadership team in development RFP’s and service offerings.
• Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organization function and capabilities.
• Conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions.
• Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures and complete all the documents that are required.
• Conducting performance reviews, handling the employee complaints
• Willing to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any equivalent degree.
• At least 8 plus years of hands on experience in developing cloud-based software along with 2 plus years of Management experience.
• Expertise with more than one of the Software Development Methodologies.
• Expertise in designing and developing cloud based high available distributed applications and must have extensive experience in object-oriented design.
• Strong hands on experience in using Java, Hibernate, Spring technology stack (Spring MVS, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring spiral, Spring security etc.) along with open source technologies.
• Experience building web and mobile applications using frontend technologies Angular (Angular 1/Angular 2), Bootstrap, Material Design, UX/UI, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Demonstrated Experience on databases like MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• An understanding on handling of large data sources. (Desirable)
• Expertise on the Code Static Analyzer tools like SonarQube, PMD and, DevOps Tools.
• Expertise in using any Unit testing Frameworks like Junit.
• Knowledge in Security related to Web Applications and mobile applications. and other open source and commercial tools.
• Demonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing teams of software developers.
• Impeccable written English skills, and Oral communication skills along with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and well organized.

Technical Manager: Requires sufficient Managerial Skills and sufficient technical skills.

Main function has to be focused on people. He or She can and should learn new things in technology,  that is required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR preferred).

• Lead design and development of products working closely with business team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in software product development and delivery.

• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background.
• Able to take ownership of working with at least one of mobile or web app teams for complete integration with backend.
• Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations.
• Have strong backend knowledge and cloud development exposure.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development.
• Worked with at least 1 RDBMS (Mysql preferred).
• NoSql is a plus.
• Have used or are very hands-on with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Ant, Kafka, GIT/bitbucket in a very agile work place.
• Writing high quality code which is made better by unit tests and integration tests is how you work.
• Comfortable with exploring proven open source tech stack like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Prometheus, caches like Redis/Memcached, task queues like celery, to name a few.
• Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack will be a good plus.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators
