Job Description :

Position : Flutter Developer

Location : Gurugram, India (Immediate Joining)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build advanced mobile apps for Android & iOS using Flutter. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform tests for robustness.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness in all apps.

Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in Flutter app development.
• Proficient in Dart with strong object-oriented programming skills. - Experience with Android/iOS mobile development (native or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles. - Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) and Agile methodologies.

Strong Interaction Design / Product Design profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ YOE in Interaction Design / Product UX, specifically for B2C Mobile apps or digital products

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and user flows (e.g., contextual UI responses like notifications, transitions, feedback states)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Hands-on experience with designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces, with focus on usability + delight (not just static UI screens

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate interaction concepts into shipped features

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Strong understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and interaction patterns across mobile platforms (Android/iOS)

Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, After Effects, Framer, or similar for interaction prototyping

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Strong portfolio showcasing: Micro-interactions, Motion/animation work, User flows and interaction thinking, Real product implementations (not just UI screens)

Mandatory (Education) – Design Education / HCI / Technology or related field

Strong Associate Manager – Customer Success, Account management Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of overall experience with aleast 2+ Years in Customer Success role.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferrably US/America clients)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong technical understanding of digital advertising / programmatic platforms/software products

Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS (AdTech experience is highly preferred)

Mandatory (Stability) : Candidate must have no frequent job hops and a minimum of 1+ year in the current organization.

The Sales Executive in an Import–Export business is responsible for generating international sales, managing overseas clients, negotiating deals, and supporting smooth execution of export and import orders.

About the Role

1. Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
