Major Job Responsibilities
Building excellent relationships with business partners such as internal Recruiting and Business development teams.
Liaison between MSP/Clients and internal teams. Assist MSP managers acquiring great talent and ensuring that Client hiring objectives are achieved. Understanding and Communicating job requirements, and or changes, compliance onboarding requirements in a timely manner to internal teams. Building a solid relationship as the company's sole point of contact for both internal customers and external partners.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role is to lay the foundation for Reelo Sales by engaging with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of Reelo, and moving them forward in the sales process. As Reelo’s first point of contact, you play a key role in building the Reelo brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for not only the sales team, but the company as a whole. What will you do?
- Providing a great experience for Reelo’s prospective customers
- Engaging with potential and current customers to assess mutual fit
- Be organized, manage your pipeline well and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, trends, customers, competition
- Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
