Requirements:
- Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures
- Managing the performance review process, including setting goals and conducting evaluations
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Sourcing and screening candidates, including conducting initial interviews and reference checks

The Senior HR Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
- Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.

2. Recruitment
