Associate - Business Development

We are seeking a Senior IAM Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IAM operations, provide L2/L3 support, and ensure the stability and security of identity platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting authentication issues, supporting integrations, and maintaining access management services across enterprise applications. Core Skills & Experience Authentication & Authorization Support

• Strong working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML

• Experience supporting Auth0 or similar IAM platforms in production environments Troubleshooting & Incident Management

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues

• Experience analyzing logs, SAML assertions, OAuth tokens, and API failures

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments IAM / CIAM Operations

• Hands-on experience managing IAM/CIAM platforms

• Support for user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes)

• Provide L2/L3 support for IAM platforms, ensuring high availability and performance • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO issues across applications

• Manage user lifecycle activities, including provisioning and access updates

• Monitor IAM systems, respond to incidents, and meet SLA targets
