Scoutflo is a platform that automates complex infrastructure requirements for Kubernetes Infrastructure.

Job Description:

1. In-depth knowledge of full-stack development principles and best practices.
2. Expertise in building web applications with strong proficiency in languages like
3. Node.js, React, and Go.
4. Experience developing and consuming RESTful & gRPC API Protocols.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and DevOps processes.
6. Solid understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration

8. Experience with Kubernetes pipelines and workflows using tools like Argo CD.
9. Experience with designing and building user-friendly interfaces.
10. Excellent understanding of distributed systems, databases, and APIs.
11. A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

13. collaboratively.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Experience with building self-serve platforms or user onboarding experiences.
16. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
17. A strong understanding of security best practices for Kubernetes deployments.
18. Grasp on setting up Network Architecture for distributed systems.

Must have:

1) Experience with managing Infrastructure on AWS/GCP or Azure

2) Managed Infrastructure on Kubernetes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards
• You’ll develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge
• You’ll provide occasional “after-hours” incident response and support
• Maintain software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Build tools to reduce occurence of errors and improve customer experience
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

• Strong knowledge in MongoDB, MySQL administration having 7+ years hands-on experience
• Hands on experience with Redis
• Strong knowledge in physical database design concepts
• Strong knowledge in High Availability configuration on databases with Master-Slave and Master-Master replication

• Good Scripting knowledge in shell scripts

Job Summary: 

• This is a customer centric role which involves understanding the product, answering customer queries, troubleshooting customer problems, provide product usage trainings, and improve the overall product support process

• Should have advanced knowledge of C# programming, ASP.Net Web API, REST Framework, MVC, MVVM architecture
• Understanding of Agile scrum, Project Management methodologies
• Should be able to understand high level technical architecture and develop low-level design
• Should be able to lead a team of technical resources as per sprint delivery targets
• Strong understanding of design patterns and advanced code review, debugging
• Experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is required.
• Good experience in Angular/React is good to have
• Good communication skills, quick learner with professional attitude and a team player
