Position Summary

Passionate and creative designer who will design, develop, manage, build, and maintain internal websites and applications using Webflow.

What will you work on?

• Provide development and design on internal web applications through Webflow.
• Work closely as a project team to iterate on UI/UX designs.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Develop custom code in Webflow to add functionality or integrate third-party tools and APIs.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.
• Build reusable code and libraries that drive complex web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience.
• Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications. Must be comfortable with React.js
• Keeping up with the latest technological advancements in web and mobile app development
• Willing to commute to Bangalore office
• Should be able to join immediately

Qualifications

• Working experience – 2 to 4 years.
• Proven experience with WebFlow development.
• Experience in creating wireframes using Figma.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Advanced CSS, animations, and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Driving recruitment strategy for the technical and non-technical role
• Independently driving hiring needs for our business functions end to end and managing the entire lifecycle of recruitment
• Developing and planning recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management
• Driving operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement
• Ensuring a compelling, engaging candidate experience that helps to strengthen and enhancing our employer brand
• Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and taking steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds
• Initiating and driving projects from time to time to help optimise and making the recruitment process more efficient

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years experience recruiting, sourcing and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment
• TA experience from startup background or from Fintech will be preferred
• A great understanding of different roles in the industry with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standard
• Ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engaging them throughout the process
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders    

• Product Manager at I4 / I5 level
• 1-3 yrs of PM experience
• 1-2 yrs of CPaaS or CCaaS experience
•  Has to know how to build and manage a PRD, UX, User Story, Backlog and Roadmap

• Candidate should have Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Candidate should have very Good Logical and Analytical Skills
• Candidate should have Programmatic and Management Skills
• An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as well as the business approach for the product.
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
• Knowledge of open source tools and utilities
