Job Description:
We are looking for a BDM with experience in generating sales and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, and creating innovative business plans for clients.
2. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research
on target clients.
3. Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.
4. Create effective and persuasive proposals.
5. Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
6. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.
7. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly,
Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking
Responsibilities:
Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.
Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality
and time
Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same
in productivity meetings.
Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production
targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical
design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work
order and for clarifications on design parameters during production
Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination
with the HR function
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training
sessions.
Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to
facilitate completion of all the audits.
Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the
engineering function
Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and
reduction in operational expenses / overheads
Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through
SAP
Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum
deviation from specifications

Job Summary:
Responsible for full stack software definition, development and maintenance for cloud-based software applications used in healthcare. Specifically, responsible for all external interfaces with the cloud applications. Work closely with the Cloud Engineering team, Project leaders to define requirements, develop code and conduct unit and system-level tests for the software you develop.
Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Work closely with Cloud Engineering team members in architecting and designing cloud- based solutions.
· Ultrasound DICOM and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) interfaces.
· OAuth and Single Sign-on (SSO) interfaces with cloud applications.
· Workflow engine that automates and manages workflows in the applications.
· Assist in the architecture, design, and deployment of the full stack product.

Minimum Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Equivalent
