Must-Have Skills :

• Python, Gen AI, Langchain, Streamlit, LLMs.
• Strong experience building AI/ML-based applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM development.
• Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and LLM training.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: Azure Search, App Services, API Management, Cosmos DB.

Generative AI System Design

• Architect and implement end-to-end LLM-powered applications
• Build scalable RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking)
• Design and implement agent-based workflows (tool calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration)
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, along with open-source models
• Implement structured output validation, grounding strategies, and hallucination mitigation
• Optimize inference cost, latency, and token efficiency
• Design evaluation pipelines for performance, accuracy, and safety

• Design scalable backend systems using Python

8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand design patterns and Android source codes.

Job Description:

• The Position will gather user requirements, create and maintain procedures, and assist in the configuration/customization of the system.This position requires flexibility with changing priorities.
