We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Fullstack Mobile Developer with a passion for crafting exceptional mobile experiences and robust backend systems. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 3 years in mobile development using React Native.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling mobile applications and backend systems in a services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, AWS, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, including clean code principles and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with AI copilots and a willingness to incorporate AI-driven tools into workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teammates.

Job Description

• Develop dynamic, customized, experiential e-learning courses and multimedia using a variety of technology tools.

• Work closely with (SMEs) throughout the project phases to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.

• Effectively break down information into smaller, organized pieces for users, and learners to understand on their own in asynchronous learning.

• Design, maintain and distribute application training communication pieces to end-users.

• Remove or archive outdated content from a central repository.

• Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.

• Recommend proven learning strategies to address business challenges.

• Responsible for developing and creating learning material in Articulate, DAP, and video software tools.

• With direction, convert ILT to online Articulate and video courses.

• Create new online courses using Articulate and other software.

• Develop outlines, write video scripts, and create graphics for application training.

• Knowledgeable in learning design principles and creating engaging content to illustrate basic to complex concepts and processes for adult learners.

• Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines with flexibility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.

• Assist the eLearning Manager with special projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience working in instructional design, learning and development, or an eLearning role and good experience in designing eLearning content for the Healthcare, Medtech or FinTech industry preferred.

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise and Vyond.

• Working knowledge of digital adoption platforms and graphic design and related tools.

• Design appropriate test strategy and test cases
• Timely delivery of software projects, support incident fixes
• Effective communication of requirements, issues, reports on regular basis
• Proven experience in manual testing
• Solid understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and software development life cycle, and ability to apply the knowledge in daily operations
• Experience specifying, establishing, and managing test environments and test data for Manual testing projects
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Experience in delivering software using Agile methods
• Expertise in using Jira
• Ability to analyze & maintain existing solutions
• Knowledge or experience in Selenium, Java, BDD Test Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and scaling web products that directly impact our customers and partners.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement the same.
• Implement user interfaces in React alongside Node.js.
• Translate several RESTful data sources to be used in a front-end application.
• Dig into bugs and feature requests along with writing the tests.

Job Requirements:

• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in the respective field.
• Proficient knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MySQL.
• You should know how to build scalable web apps.
• You should know how to build front-end components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Development.
• Good understanding of micro-server architecture and REST API.
• Should be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and related technologies

Mandatory Skills required:

1. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for QlikView

2. Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data in

Qlikview

3. Design, develop, and test QlikView scripts to import data from source systems, data feeds, flat files

to create Qlik marts

4. Proficiency with QlikView Scripting, use of complex QlikView functions,

advanced QlikView Expressions, experience with complex data models and optimization of data

model for query performance to create Qlik Marts

5. Architecture optimization ( includes hardware sizing , security setup , performance tuning )

6. Development of Qlikview/ QlikSense

1. Write compelling content for Print Ads, Website, and Digital Marketing Ads
2. Collaborate with designers and creative teams and  Write high-quality product descriptions
3. Developing new ideas for a website, SEO, and blog content and help establish brand presence
