ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Strategy Team Member to drive the rapid scaling of our AI Operating System startup. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Startup Scaling and Strategic Planning-

- Drive the strategy, development, and launch of the MAAC, our platform for master agents and integrated applications.
- Define the functionality, user experience, and value proposition of the catalogue, ensuring it meets the needs of developers and end-users.
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical teams (product, engineering) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of the MAAC with the core AI OS.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on the MAAC offering to optimize its effectiveness and adoption.
Smart Content Creation and Knowledge Sharing-
- Lead the creation of high-impact, intelligent content to drive engagement, educate the market, and build brand authority.
- Produce various content formats, including-
- Videos and Podcasts detailing use cases, industry insights, and company updates.
- A comprehensive Use Case Library showcasing practical applications of the AI OS.
- Competition Benchmarking reports and analyses.
- Utilize data and AI tools to inform content strategy and optimize content performance.
- Manage and curate a knowledge repository for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Java Backend Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems. This role requires hands-on coding expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers in delivering high-performance, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the backend development team in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures using Java (preferably Java 11+).
- Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing (JUnit/TestNG), and integration testing.

· Deliver Sourcing and Category Management for the Contingent Labor category in the Americas region (LATAM, US and Canada). Majority of spend is in the U.S.

Responsibilities
· Manage team member activities including setting individual targets, team targets and performance monitoring
· Analyze spend, identify opportunities and deliver programs that generate cost savings, contract improvements and risk mitigation

· Measure supplier performance against contractual and service delivery targets.
· Lead supplier review meetings with business stakeholders and suppliers to assess supplier performance and contract compliance and take corrective action as required. Promote vendor capabilities within the organization. Provide official communication to suppliers as necessary.
· Negotiate Savings and best possible commercials across the contingent labor category. Track and report savings.
· Establish and report on measurable performance metrics for all procurement activities including supplier performance, payment terms, contractual terms, savings, and spend under management
· Establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, internal customers; engaging with internal recruitment team, procurement, payables and other business stakeholders.
· Assist in providing procurement solutions to our clients
· Drive value added activities by implementing innovative strategies that both support and align with the organization’s priorities and goals
· Develop and Manage the Supplier Diversity Initiative
Key Skills/Experience:
· 5+ years Procurement experience delivering contingent labor category sourcing/buying services, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
· Advanced knowledge of the US contingent labor marketplace (e.g. suppliers, rates, labor laws, technology, rate benchmarking tools)
· Exposure to contract laws, negotiation, market dynamics, commercial strategy, strategic sourcing, contract management and supply relationship management
· Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing a VMS technology
· Strong communication skills and drive desired results within the organization
· Excellent people management skills; Proficient in verbal communication, writing, time management, organizational and presentation skills

Manage, Mentor & lead Product Analytics
- Act as an Analytics Subject Matter Expert in the team. Train, hire, and manage a team of analysts. Setup collaborative processes & management practices to help teams achieve important analytics goals.
- Assist the Product stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to achieve short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
- Collaborate & hire analysts to improve the overall product analysis capabilities.
- Research and be updated with upcoming technologies and trends in digital product analytics.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other related field.
- 4+ years of experience in mobile/web application analytics, business analytics, must have led or managed a team before.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge & hands-on experience of digital analytics software like Zoho Page Sense, Google Analytics, CleverTap, Branch, Firebase, Facebook Analytics.
- Expertise in dash-boarding tools like Tableau, Metabase, and Excel.
