Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of D2C marketing, creative strategy, and campaign optimization, along with an interest in coordinating and contributing to brand shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads)
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for D2C brands
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement data-driven improvements
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, including photoshoots and video shoots
• Contribute to creative ideation for high-performing ad content
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
• Track and report key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads preferred)
• Strong understanding of D2C business models
• Experience in managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and analytics tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest or experience in creative shoots (photos/video) is a plus

Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) – 5 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to spearhead our QA efforts in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Selenium with Java, the ability to lead a team of 10+ testers, and hands-on experience in building automation frameworks from scratch. Exposure to Cypress and a working knowledge of AI in testing would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing streams
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks from scratch
• Define test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts
• Ensure timely execution and reporting of all QA activities
• Guide and mentor team members on test automation best practices
• Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes and quality standards

Good to Have:

• Certifications in Selenium/Agile/ISTQB

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of Experiences working in Agile team with Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Testing Fundamentals.

·Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.

·Experience working with Project Management tools (Jira, Atlassian)

· Conducts testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.

· Identify, log , and recreate error and defects in Jira.

· Minimum 3+ years of Hands on Experience in Automation Testing with Core Java/Selenium or JavaScript/ WebDriverIO
