Job Description:
● What will your role look like
● Lead end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
● Act as the primary delivery contact for customers — running calls, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency.

What You’ll Do:
Build, Innovate, and Own:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices in a modern .NET/C# environment.

What You’ll Need:

- Solid hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to design for performance, reliability, and security in data-intensive systems.

Job Description:
- Very good Core Java programming skills, with 7+ years of experience, of which 3 - 4 in core
- development programs.
- Expertise on Agile and Build (Jenkins/GIT/Continuous Integration)
- Rich experience in software development SDLC - Requirements, Analysis,
- coding, review process, build and test.
- Fair understanding Linux fundamentals
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Good English comprehension and communication skills, both oral and written,
- Ability to write routine business correspondence, and technical notes

Source potential candidates on niche skills
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT and Engineering resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with the team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Completion of on-boarding formalities for the new hires
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Requirements:-
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT / Engineering roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Thorough knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate / Post Graduate degree(s)
