Skills and responsibilities:
- Help support successful assessment of organization strategy & ways of working for a Pharma client and help define their future operating model.
- Assist in developing discovery interviews questionnaire to assess and synthesize the current landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting discovery interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the interview synthesis to analyze the gaps/pain points in the current landscape and ways of working.
- Support the development and execution of high-quality deliverables, communications throughout the project.
