Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technology strategy planning
•  Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
•  Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
•  Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs
• The candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a scheduled basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality.
• Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, risk analysis are a set of responsibilities.
• Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are adhering to timelines set.

• 5+ years of experience, working on frontend technologies
• Individual contributor - responsible for the design, coding, and unit testing
• Should have good working experience in React and React Native
• Should have a good understanding of state management in frontend/UI applications
• Proficiency in Javascript / ECMAScript 6+
• Creating custom, general-use modules, and components that extend the elements and modules of React
• Good knowledge of data structures, problem-solving / algorithms
• Knowledge of creating custom / reusable components
• Should know OOP Concepts

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Security Assessment Strategy
• Proactively implement security measures
• Implement tools to Monitor and Report Security violations
• Govern security specification guidelines adherence across product and organization

Skills & Qualification:

• IIT, BE or B Tech
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Expert in Application Information Security, VAPT
• Proficient using tools like BURP, NMAP, KALI etc.
• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs and mobile app development practices
• CEH certification preferred

Position: Windchill Developer

Profile of the Job Holder:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Computer Engineering stream;

· 2-5 Years of relevant work experience;

· Highly motivated & self-initiator with good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

· Ease at dealing with ambiguity in work situations

· Empower themselves by seeking authority to make decisions within appropriate guidelines;

· Recover quickly and learn from setbacks;

Key Skill & Knowledge Profile:

· Understand Basic Concepts of PLM

· Experience in Windchill / PDMLink customization

· Thingworx Knowledge

· Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML

· Knowledge of Windchill Data Model

· Ability to create reports using query builder

· Basic knowledge of any database (Oracle, SQL servers)

· Working knowledge of any Bug tracking & End user support tool;

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Support

· Analyze & understand existing customizations

· Design, Develop & enhance customizations based on requirements

· Testing & resolving of issues in Windchill

· Prepare and maintain all necessary documentations

· Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements

· Adopt best practices on software development processes and ensure that quality processes is adhered

· Understand the deployment process and execute accordingly

· Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the PLM Operations Team to ensure Business visibility

Job description 

• Lead design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications & back-end  services demonstrating service-oriented architecture. 
• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and systems within the  platform. 
• Choose the right Data Structures, tools, and tech stacks and do high-level design with guidance. 
• Build, develop, mentor, review code and coach junior team members. 
• Extensive programming experience with cross-platform development: Java/SpringBoot,  Javascript/Node.js, Express.js or Python 
• Extensive knowledge of ElasticSearch, MongoDB or Cassandra, Redis, SQS and data  streaming (Spark, Flink, Kafka streams, storm, etc.). 
• Well versed in Kafka Understanding cloud native technologies such as Docker and  Kubernetes, capable to cover full development lifecycle including CI/CD 
• Experience in use of source code management system like GIT, bitbucket and build tools  like ant, maven, Gradle or make. 
• Take great pride in Code quality and developer productivity. 
• Put in Microservcies architecture in place that paves road for scalability, efficiency,  observability, and availability. 
• Build (and open source) data processing, storage and fetch systems at the petabyte scale  with the lowest cost/GB while still responding in milliseconds at the 99th percentile. 
• Write algorithms and services to influence personalisation and recommendation from a  real-time recommendation engine for both home feed to surface most viral videos +  video e-commerce 
• Build machine learning pipelines using Kinesis,Spark/Flink/TensorFlow etc 
• Agile methodologies, Sprint management, Roadmap, Mentoring, Documenting, Software  architecture 
• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems Liaison with Product Management, DevOps, QA, Client and other teams Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played 

• Have total or more 7 - 9 years of experience with 2-3 years in a startup. Have B.Tech or M.Tech or equivalent academic qualification from premier institute. Experience in Product companies working on Internet-scale applications is preferred 
• Thoroughly aware of cloud computing infrastructure on AWS leveraging cloud native  service and infrastructure services to design solutions.
• Follow Cloud Native Computing Foundation leveraging mature open source projects  including understanding of containerisation/Kubernetes.

Educational Qualification :

Exp level - 1 to 5 yrs

Location - Andheri (Mumbai)

Technical expertise required :

1. a) Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
2. b) Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
3. c) Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
4. d) Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.
5. e) Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule.
6. f) Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery.

Desired Proficiency :

1. a) Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skill.
2. b) Ability to deliver on timeliness
3. c) Excellent customer facing skills
4. d) Appreciation of Business Issues
5. e) Strong Technical background.
6. f) Experience in BFSI and CRM domain is preferred.
