Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong creative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual assets for various projects including digital and print media.

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.

• Support the design team in executing visual solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

•  Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

•    Assist with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed.

•  Contribute to the development of design layouts and templates.

•   Maintain organized files and adhere to file management best practices.

•   Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements:

•  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant design program.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

•  Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

•   Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•  A portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work (either academic or professional).

 Qualifications:

•  Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX design.

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place
• Managing the payroll process

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

1. Sr. Technical Writer/ Product Documentation Position

Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our client-focused services to new

heights. An ideal candidate, with proven experience Individual to have ability to evaluate and analyze complex

information and document in simple terms.

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA.

 6-7 years industry experience as an effective technical writer

 Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

 Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences. Must have

experience in MSTP standards.

 Have experience in developing User guides, Troubleshooting or FAQ guides, Design guides and API

technical reference guides.

 Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

 Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and

create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.

 Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.

 Firm understanding of the Document development life cycle (DDLC)

 Good to have Certification through the Society for Technical Communicators (STC)

 Experience in using Tech writing tools like Robohelp, (preferred), FrameMaker, Madcap Flare, Mulesoft,

Design Center or other Contemporary tools to create documentation.

 Good to have experience in understanding and writing API documentation in specialized tools like

Swagger (Open API 3.0) or Postman for SOAP & REST APIs.

Objectives:

 Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.

 Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple,

polished, and engaging content.

 Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets

 Ability to improve search results using SEO techniques in Technical writing.

 Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

 Research, outline, write and edit content, working closely across product portfolios and solutions to

understand requirements.

 Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure

manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

 Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and

determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.

 Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal

standards, and allow for easy data migration.

 Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice

across all documentation.

Key Skills Expected:

• C# ASP.NET, MVC, Razor Syntax
• .NET Core, WebAPI
• MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• HTML / CSS / Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (at least one resource should know Angular)
