Sr Manager Business Growth

• As Director of Product, you are at the helm of the Product function of the organization. Your position overlooks the entire product organization right from cultivating a high growth team, overseeing the day to day management of ongoing projects to strategizing with CTO/founders, and planning the execution of upcoming projects/initiatives. 
• You are responsible for recruiting and mentoring product teams, setting up proper team structures, and keeping everyone aligned with the Vision at all times. 
• You are also required to maintain and oversee the design and data functions within the product org and build scalable structures for efficient output.
• You're expected to be involved in decisions (with Founders/CTO) that are to be taken in driving New Product initiatives and plan their execution and keep the management updated on the progress.

• Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
• Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions
• Participate in creating a content development strategy
• Coordinate with UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Develop mockups for our development and design team
• Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings

Educational Requirements

• Must possess a diploma/degree/certificate in graphic design / fine art/interface design from a recognized school, institute, or academy (NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy)

Experience:  5+ years, Proven experience with UI / UX / Graphic design with a portfolio of sample projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard UI components and style guides
• Build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize the design
• Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders
• Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
• Conduct, observe, and analyze usability testing sessions
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented in the coded version as intended
• Determine timeline and deliverables
• Evaluate and set best practices and standards
• Work with UI managers and team to define user flows and sitemaps
• Measure the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
• Work with frontend and backend developers as needed.

• The candidate must have strong experience in application security assessment. threat modeling, code review, static and dynamic testing.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.
• Candidate must have experience in performing application vulnerability Management, penetration testing, application & API security assessment.
• Candidate must have experience with OWASP, static/dynamic analysis, and common security tools
• Candidate must have basic knowledge of development or scripting experience
• Candidate must have experience in identifying security issues through code review during entire SDLC cycle
• A basic understanding of network and web-related protocols (such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, protocols)
• Experience in working with developers
• Candidate must have good communication skills (written & verbal)
• He / She will be responsible for performing application security assessment, code review, API security assessment.
• Participate in and support application security reviews and threat modeling, including code review and static/dynamic testing.
• Ensure that security across all aspects of the software is uniform by setting up checkpoints.
• Perform threat modeling for applications to determine the potential threats and vulnerabilities to an application and identify points where applications are most vulnerable.
• Based on assessment results explore the threats that each application is exposed to and ranks them on a severity scale
• Recommend the countermeasures that could be developed to secure application
• He / She need to facilitate and support the preparation of security releases
• He / She needs to support product and development teams in the area of application security.
• Assist in the creation of best security development practices and security training for developers

Skills

• He / She must have 5 + Years of experience in Application security assessment & application vulnerability management with strong academic background. 
• Ability to stay current with emerging threats, security risks, and potential impacts to the business. 
• Should have strong exposure to application security assessment, code review, secure development practices, and application security tools & technologies.  
• Candidate should have at least one Information security certification CEH, CASE, or CISSP
