Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Engineer at Rawmart, located in Pune. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day production tasks, including production planning, quality control, and utilizing analytical skills to drive process improvements. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring efficient production operations.

Work Place Responsibilities: -

•  Production Supervising.
• Fabrication expert, welding engineer.
• Manpower Handling & Engaging.
• Daily work allotment.
• Production Planning.
• Daily Raw Material stock & WIP.
• Day to day production target meet.
• All Production related documents updated in portal using MS Excel and Word
• Provide Soft skill training to operators.
• CNC, VMC, HMC , GFM, PROTECK, SPM machines operations,
• Fanuc & Siemens Control use.
• Maintain & control operations of Fanuc Robots & Gantry.
• Product quality checking by using proper gauges. (Like Height gauge, Snap gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometer,
• Bore gauge, Depth gauge, Dial gauge)
• Report OEE, TQM, TPM
• Maintain 5’S, JH , CLIT.
• Implementation KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) & Poka yoke.
• Provide Training to the operators for quality of the Product, 5’S, JH, TPM.
• CMM checking.

Qualifications:-

• Strong background in Production Engineering
• Fabrication Expert, Welding Engineering.
• B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Senior Data Analyst

Experience: 8+ Years

Work Mode: Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals.

• Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Utilize DAX and SQL for advanced data querying and data modeling.

• Create and manage complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across projects, ensuring reliable data-driven insights.

• Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data insights into simple, actionable business recommendations.

Skills:

Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), SQL, Data Modeling, Python

Preferred Skills:

• Machine Learning: Exposure to machine learning models and their integration within analytical solutions.

• Microsoft Fabric: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for enhanced data integration and management.

Assist in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Help plan and execute social media campaigns.

Monitor and analyze engagement metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas.

Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages.

Assist with influencer outreach.

Requirements:

Passion for social media and skincare.

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creativity and a keen eye for design.

Previous experience in social media management is a bonus.

Internship Duration: 3 months with potential for full-time hire.

Job Responsibilities.

• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives 
• Optimize keywords in existing content and uncover new opportunities for addition of keywords
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific

• This position will be aligned with our Audit vertical and help us in the process of verifying and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process. Ensure that the project/Site receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared.
• You will be working as a part of the Audit team responsible for verifying execution, contract management, vendor management, and life cycle support. We are looking for individuals who are conversant in the features, functionality, and applicability of a few sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate with enabling functions to understand the procurement / Services requirements
• Verifying vendor contract agreement/renewal/termination communications
• Expedite Orders and track deliveries.
• Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
• Preparing Analysis of Price Proposals
• Collaboration with other Team Members for to the objectives/Targets of the department
• Preparation of reports in line with the requirements of the Audit dept.
• Adhere to the Procurement Policy and vendor onboarding process

Desired skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience working with medical data
• Experience and familiarity working in development teams and team-based development practices including scrum/agile, code review, etc.
• Knowledge and experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, CouchDB, Raven DB, etc.
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js.
• Knowledge and experience working with web application frameworks such as Angular, AngularJS, or React and related frameworks such as Ionic.
• Familiarity with FHIR APIs and experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience working on full-stack projects.
