We are looking for motivated Power Platform Interns with an interest in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates who want hands-on experience in building low-code applications, workflow automation, and process optimization. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation. 

We're looking for Node js developers with over 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Javascript based development using Node js and Express. We are looking for cadidates who are go-getters and are leaning towards leadership positions. Candidates must have a proven history of building, scaling, optimising and securing 

We would prefer candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving their notice period.

Key Skills Required : 

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods

• • Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer for 2  years
  • BE /B.Tech in computer science or similar relevant field
  • In depth knowledge of Node.js
  • Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX

  • Applicable knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, Polymer, and Closure

About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in configuring and customising SAP HR and HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and optimize HR processes, leveraging SAP HR, and HCM.
• In-depth knowledge of data migration and integration between SAP HR, HCM, and Third Party Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Experience in managing and resolving complex HR system issues, leveraging SAP HR, HCM
• Requirement analysis and interaction with customers to resolve the queries/questions to their best satisfaction.
• Carrying out customization changes as and when required.
• Continuously upgrade the system with the latest “Support Pack” releases from SAP and update the notes released by SAP.
• Interacting with technical/ cross-functional consultants for successful resolution of an issue.

• Providing business consultancy within the HR business Process sector.
• Liaising with third-party SAP technicians, and stakeholders (both internally and externally).
• Responsible for the investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis.

Experience & Skill:

• Years of Experience: 5 – 8 in SAP HCM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Should have experience of client-facing roles
• Should have excellent communication skills
