Sr. Analyst – BI (Power BI & Azure)

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience who can lead creative execution across branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communication. The role involves translating strategic briefs into visually powerful creatives that drive engagement and business impact.

The candidate will be responsible for designing social media creatives, ad campaigns, brand identities, brochures, presentations, and print collaterals while maintaining strong visual consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure high-quality output under tight deadlines.

This role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing creative ideas during campaign planning, and continuously improving design standards within the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp to schedule meetings with our Principal Architect.

Understand client requirements related to construction, real estate, or interiors and relay them effectively to the Principal Architect.

Maintain and update client interactions, leads, and meeting schedules in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and confirmed meeting attendance.

Provide basic information about our services, processes, and timelines to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Principal Architect to refine engagement strategies and enhance lead conversion.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust over calls and WhatsApp.

Experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry is mandatory.

Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking client interactions.

Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and scheduling productive meetings.

Prior experience in inside sales or client engagement is preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong Design and User Experience. Have worked on building High Quality Web experiences and extremely focussed on coding for the best User Experience
• Experience in any frontend framework like ReactJS, VueJs
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred.
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must have experience in managing media websites at scale.
• Proficiency using WordPress
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
• Keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills
