This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager . The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for communication with clients, sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management.

1. Business Development :

• Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.

• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers within

defined territory.

• Generate new business leads or opportunities based on

similar/existing solutions provided to customers.

• Thoroughly and effectively gather customer information.

• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer

benefits.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process

improvements.

• Present products and services to prospective customers.

• Perform product demonstration.

• Active participation in tender.

• Early engagement with PSU & private customers for requirement.

• Achieving assigned territory business target.

• Implementing effective strategies to maximize profitability.

• Effectively handling customer negotiation to ensure maximum

order value & profit with favorable T&C to the organization.

• Payment follows up

2. Customer Relationship :

• Knowledge of Support/Communication etiquettes for general day

to day client communication.

• Communicate with client for ongoing Issues / Product Trainings.

• Administer regular feedback from the customer for product

improvement.

• Working with a team or individually to enhance customer

experience and solve grievances.

3. Data Management :

• Work on Supports in-house tasks like updating timesheet, prepare

Weekly Reports etc.

• Opportunity Follow up and Update in CRM System with precise

order closing details (e.g., time & amount).

• Prepare and submit reports weekly/monthly MIS reports to the

Regional Manager.

• Ensure accurate opportunity/customer details to be entered in CRM

System.

4. Business Analysis :

• Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.

• Discover sales opportunities through market research.

• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to

cultivate customer relationships.

• Monitor competition within assigned region.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3-8 years + of experience in the industry.

Experience in Technical sales like AVEVA system platform, IIOT, Wonderware ,Industry 4.0 preferable.

Ability to travel when required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or commensurate experience
• 1+ years experience in production web application development
• 1+ years of experience working with NodeJS or an equivalent web framework and language
• Experience writing JavaScript code, either vanilla JS or using a framework such as Node.js or React, Redux
• Unit testing experience (Jest)
• 3rd party API usage and integration experience
• RDBMS usage (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• AWS

JD for IBM MDM developer: 

• Experience in customizing IBM MDM version 11.4 or above versions. 11.6/Advance Edition is preferred version.
• Experience with IBM MDM Customization includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification Framework - Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Contract, Product, Location etc.)
• Good experience in Java with RSA/ RAD IDE, SOAP Web Services/rest web service, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Good experience in SQL preferably with Oracle DB.
• Basic knowledge of Unix
• Should be able to work as Independent team member
• Good communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge on OpenShift, Mulesoft or Camel

About the product

Docexa provides a suite of tools for doctors that can help them create their digital presence with their own page, run online consultations, manage their daily calendar and more!

We are completely revamping the current platform and building it from scratch. This is the biggest project we have taken on till date and this will move our product from the 90s to the future.

What your role will involve:

We have a basic design language and a design system which can be extended to build rest of the product. You are going to have full ownership of this.

You are not just going to be designing mock ups. You will be involved in strategic product thinking to solve real user and business problems, ideate on user flows and take responsibility of user testing, prototypes, visual design, animations and production of spec and assets.

In this role, you will report to the Product Manager and run things collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements:

Most importantly, you need to be super passionate about design and obsessive about detail while having a good sense of users and a keen interest to understand broad business goals.

Other than that you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX designs
• Comfortable being the only designer in the team
• A classy taste for colors and clean design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to put user needs over your own preferences in design decisions
