Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SDE 2 – Backend Developer (Node.js) who will play

a critical role in building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven solutions,

and shaping Tamasha’s technical foundation.Key Responsibilities



Hands-on Engineering: Actively code, design backend architecture, and solve

complex technical problems.

 AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI agents, automation, and recommendation

systems.

 Scalable Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable cloud systems on GCP and

Azure.



DevOps & Deployment: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and monitoring

systems.



Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business

Required Skills & Experience



3–4 years of backend development experience in a product-based company

 Strong expertise in Node.js (Express / NestJS)



Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases



Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure)



Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

 Strong understanding of system design and scalability

Qualifications BE/ B.Tech/ MCA in computer science

Key Requirement for the Position Develop Azure application design and connectivity patterns, Azure networking topologies, and Azure storage facilities.
• Run code conformance tools as part of releases.
• Design Azure app service web app by using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and other tools.

Overview:

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (if any). Collaborating internally with members of the financial/business functions, external consultants and others teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action i.e. perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards on Netsuite.
• Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
• Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Work with third party developers to create or enhance existing custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison to NetSuite Support and Advanced Customer Support regarding platform issues.
• Support system enhancement projects, new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality.
• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and post-implementation support.
• Train end-users as applicable.

• Maintain proper system access for all roles.
• Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials.
• Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration
• Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or related field. Relevant work experience considered.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or 2+ years of NetSuite Administration with 4+ years working in Finance/accounting systems administration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with a preference towards Accounting and Supply Chain.
• Proficient with advanced saved searches, reporting, custom forms, custom fields, and workflows.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with all levels of the business.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Strong sense for detail, accuracy and problem solving.

• 5+ Years of IT experience

• 3+ Years of development experience with either Automation Anywhere

• Knowledge on UI path

• Minimum of 3 years hand on experience working with Automation anywhere 10.7 or higher.

• Should have knowledge on 11.x.

• Proficient in automating complex business requirements and proactively propose alternate solution.

• Designing and development of bots/Metabot to enhance the functionality.

• Must have worked on automating process that involve ERP systems, web sytems.

• Proficient in understanding the requiement and propose the relevant RPA tool (Automation anywhere and UI path)

• Should be open to learn new technogies and share the workload of team members.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
