Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.

2.    Minimum 3- 5 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong emphasis on UI design.

3.    Proven track record of successful projects showcasing your design and copywriting skills.

4.    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

5.    Strong understanding of UI principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.

6.    Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging.

7.    Exceptional portfolio demonstrating your design and copywriting capabilities.

8.    Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to understand project goals and requirements.

●     Design and conceptualize visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

●     Integrate strategic copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive content that complements the visual design and enhances the overall user experience.

●     Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

●     Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply these insights to your work.

●     Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction.

●     Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team.
