Software Development Engineer Testing (SDET)

4+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design roles.

Formal education in Design (B.Des / M.Des / equivalent) from reputed institutes.

Proven experience working in product-based companies or fast-growing startups.

Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and mobile platforms. (Mandatory to share)

Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and interaction design.

Experience designing high-traffic consumer products is a strong plus.

📈 Key Responsibilities

● Lead implementation of Jodo in partner institutes

○ Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute

○ Define ‘custom made’ offerings for the parents of a particular institute ○ Single point of contact between the Jodo institute partnerships team, institute management and Jodo inside sales team

● Account management:

Be responsible for ‘anything and everything’ in the partner institutes

○ Be responsible for parent outreach in the institutes

○ Strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition along with the management – events, referrals etc.

○ P&L owner of allocated accounts

○ Take lead in selling and implementing Jodo’s full suite of financial and payment solutions in the partner institutes

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and clarify the requirements and technical issues (including client interaction)
• Support creation of high and low level design
• Development and maintenance of automation code
• Build reusable Business objects as required
• Review the automation implemented code
• Deploy the code to multiple environments phase wise
• Provides regular status updates to clients and management
• Participates in research/design/implementation of appropriate automation tools
• Develop .net libraries using C# /.Net
• Design and develop SQL scripts – Stored procedures, queries, and functions
• Perform unit testing, support systems integration testing and UAT testing
• Raise ticket and co-ordinate with IT team and CS team
• Analyze, estimate and implement special projects

Education, Experience, & Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years of overall development experience with leading RPA tool.
• Certified RPA Tool (UiPath, UiPath X, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) as developer
• Programming experience in Java, .Net, C, C#, .Net, Python
• Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS like ORACLE / MS SQL Server and SQL tools
• Knowledge in developing & understanding excel macros codes.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Excel Macro, web forms, mobile applications are preferable.
• Knowledge of service oriented architecture is preferable.
• Knowledge in Finance & Accounting domain is preferable.

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place
• Managing the payroll process

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application. Knowing JSON is a must. o with Git compatible source control and working with a CI/CD pipeline.  Experience on AWS services will be added advantage.  Good experience in Standard Project Development Life Cycle.  Experience on Devextreme tools will be added advantage.  Ability/ready to work on advanced technologies like Node JS is an added advantage.  Knowledge / Experience of agile development methodologies.  Very good logical skills and problem-solving ability.  Quick learner and a good team player.  Should be able to work independently and with the team.
