Job description – Sales & Partnerships

The goal of the role is to start and run the off-line Business Development function, to drive the company’s growth and brand presence. This is a new company function, giving you the opportunity to break new ground for the brand and be a driving force for the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a database of existing and new clients with complete details for e.g. City, Size bought, spending attributes, etc. 
• Actively reaching out to existing customers.
• To provide great customer service by sending recommendations based on customer’s size, preference and design styles
• To build strong rapport with customers to achieve sales target
• Maintain continuous relationships with existing clients, at our Store, via what’s app and email
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions
• Taking full ownership from beginning to the end of the direct to customer sales partnership cycle.
• Build and keep long-term relationships with customers.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and events.
• Create and share performance & sales reports with the founder
• Analyzing sales date and patterns and adapting sales strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of the product USP’s and integrate them across various content avenues to increase sales.
• Come up with extraordinary Advert ideas that convert sales
• Drive revenue growth objectives
• Lead generation through new business and existing, retained clients.
• Develop, implement, and manage a thorough and consistent process with appropriate metrics for pipeline management?
• Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape.
• Create new partnerships across India with offline stores based on brand positioning – more offline marketing?
• Conceive of and execute innovative partnership ideas. – marketing?

Ideal candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in Business Development, B2C Sales, Marketing or similar roles.
• A proven track record of winning new business to deliver growth.
• Possess a strong designer ladies fashion flare and passion
• Display a driven mentality and be able to tell us how you achieve your targets.
• A strong brand and product sensibility.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers, a variety of partners and clients.

Years of Database Technologies experience:

• 8+ Years supporting Core database technologies

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in providing 24x7 support
• Highly organized and self-motivated, handling multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in multiple core SQL database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, 
• Certification in some of the Cloud Database technologies like Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL Server, GCP Databases
• Experience in designing, building, and supporting highly available databases using Oracle RAC, MySQL master/slave configuration, MongoDB replica Sets, SQL Server Always On etc.
• Experience in migration and conversion of heterogeneous & homogeneous databases from on-prem to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Cloud migrations skills from basic networking, storage, capacity planning, performance benchmarking
• Experience in Oracle Cross-Platform database migration and use of transportable tablespaces

Responsibilities

This role requires a person to support business charters & accompanying products by aligning with the Analytics

Manager’s vision, understanding tactical requirements and helping in successful execution. Split would be approx.

70% management + 30% individual contributor. Responsibilities include

Project Management

- Understand business needs and objectives.

- Refine use cases and plan iterations and deliverables - able to pivot as required.

- Estimate efforts and conduct regular task updates to ensure timeline adherence.

- Set and manage stakeholder expectations as required

Quality Execution

- Help BA and SBA resources with requirement gathering and final presentations.

- Resolve blockers regarding technical challenges and decision-making.

- Check final deliverables for correctness and review codes, along with Manager.

KPIs and metrics

- Orchestrate metrics building, maintenance, and performance monitoring.

- Owns and manages data models, data sources, and data definition repo.

- Makes low-level design choices during execution.

Team Nurturing

- Help Analytics Manager during regular one-on-ones + check-ins + recruitment.

- Provide technical guidance whenever required.

- Improve benchmarking and decision-making skills at execution-level.

- Train and get new resources up-to-speed.

- Knowledge building (methodologies) to better position the team for complex problems.

Communication

- Upstream to document and discuss execution challenges, process inefficiencies, and feedback loops.

- Downstream and parallel for context-building, mentoring, stakeholder management.

BI Head

Exp – Minimum 5+ years

Location Kota

The prospective candidate will be a key pillar standing between business and customers, translating data findings, challenges and processes into data driven product features. S/He will work on a daily basis in a skilled and awesome cross-functional team that will be developing and maintaining the product. S/He will assist the Product Owners and Mobile app business by interpreting internal and external data, providing insights and analytical support to drive customer acquisition, retention, business process, product marketing, on-going and new initiative decisions. S/He is expected to have a holistic analytics overview of the product and all the connected databases.

-   Own the overall design and support of the BI technology environment, including information acquisition, management, warehousing and delivery solutions.

-    Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of business information.

-    Setting up & monitoring the Mobile app KPIs to increase the usage and customer engagement

-    Configuring analytical solutions (e.g. Google Analytics) & analyzing insights to support the mobile app product and business strategy

-    Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Desired Skills :

- Team handling experience is must

- Candidate should be able to understand the requirement and works accordingly

- Graduate/PostGraduate in Engineering, BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

- Must have at least 4+ years of total work experience, + 3 years in data analytics in any e-commerce/marketing organization.

- Prior experience in data analytics in Fintech-Lending/ B2C /Mobile commerce /e-commerce company

- Strong knowledge and experience of reporting packages like Business Objects, databases like SQL.

- Experienced in analyzing customer behavior and large datasets generated by mobile app events

- Should have strong agility, proactive, drive forward and can-do attitude

- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skill

Roles & Responsibilities:

> Should have 1-2 years of working knowledge experience on Android SDK, XML Parsing, Push Notifications and different Versions of Android to deal with different Screen Size and their compatibilities;

> Working Knowledge on third party libraries such as Google Maps and Barcode Scanners;

> Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;

> Development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices;

> Should be able to create user interface and UX on Android and implement designs as per  the requirements;

> Able to work with the remote data via REST and Json;

> Working knowledge of kotlin & basic knowledge about design architecture

> Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;
