connecting consumer apps to insurance providers. The team has previously built global

payment infrastructure at scale (processing $billions in transactions) and founded enterprise

technology companies with solutions in commercial use by over 100 corporates. 

Fletch has seen rapid traction (existing partnerships with leading U.S. insurance providers)

and is backed by top global fintech VCs and angels. The team is now looking to scale

further hiring & expansion.

Location:  Remote 

Responsibilities:

-Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS, JS, TypeScript, NextJS, HTML5, CSS.

-Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

-Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

-Product enhancements in existing Insurance and Financial Services products

-Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills:

-Strong expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

-Strong experience of ReactJS and its core principles like states, hooks, HoC etc

-Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or Flux)

-Strong expertise in NextJS and performance tuning

-Good with RESTful APIs

-Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

-Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

-Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.

-Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

We are seeking a skilled React Native developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in React, React Native, JavaScript, Nest.js, and Node.js. As a key member of our development team, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and efficient React Native applications.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as maintaining and improving the performance of existing applications. The candidate should be well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in the mobile development space and demonstrate a strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.

Key skills for success in this role include proficiency in React and React Native frameworks, advanced knowledge of JavaScript, and experience with Nest.js and Node.js. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for performance. Job Type: Full-time

Salary Offer: 3L PA - 5.4L PA

Job Location: Remote for 6-12 months due to the pandemic, then Mumbai, Maharashtra

Required experience:

1-2 years and above experience in developing frontend UIs using HTML5, CSS, Javascript with ReactJS. Candidate must have experience with data binding and state management (Redux/MobX)

Key Skills required :

1. Proficiency in HTML5 development

2. Proficiency in CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap ⅘

3. Strong understanding of Javascript

4. Hands on experience in building and implementing UIs in ReactJs including experience in building components, observables, state management and data binding

5. Strong expertise in building Responsive Websites

6. Experience fixing performance issues using tools like GTMetrix and Pagespeed Insights

7. Working experience in maintaining code versioning by committing to Git repositories

KRAs includes :

1. Understanding the scope of work and arriving at timelines

2. Frontend UI development using Reactjs, HTML5, Javascript and CSS

3. Implementing media queries and following Responsive Web Design principles for responsive websites

4. Implementing state management, databinding and mocking APIs

5. Unit testing prepared web applications and HTML pages

6. Coordinating with the testers to resolve any bugs

7. Reporting on daily and weekly progress

8. Optimization and performance tuning of code

• Excellent knowledge of multiple technologies like .NET 4.0-4.6, ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, C# .NET, VB.NET,  AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS, ADO .NET, Entity Framework.
• Working Knowledge in MVC Architecture will be preferable.
• Experience in Web Services, WCF, Web API.
• Experience in Windows Forms, WPF.
• Experience in JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery.
• Working knowledge in SQL queries Stored Procedures, with a strong background in SSRS/SSIS report writing.
