1. Speaking to parents (leads given by us) and:

   1. Convincing them to book a consultation (paid or free, as applicable)

   2. Upselling/converting to paid subscriptions/courses and programs, wherever applicable

2. Communicating with prospects via email and whatsapp
3. Creating and maintaining MIS and daily reports

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test and deploy custom code using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, Triggers and workflows
• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure that all custom solutions are aligned with best practices, standards and the Salesforce platform roadmap
• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and tools

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (preferred)
• Having Salesforce CPQ knowledge is strongly preferred

• Provide development and maintenance services for .NET application.
• Develop and implement best practices for .NET programming.
• Review codes and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Identify the key problems and develop a solution within business and technical context.
• Design, develop, test, review and document .NET application programs.
• Evaluate user requests to determine budget, time, feasibility and compatibility of the new or modified program.
• Analyze technical architecture and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with users to analyze and propose application solutions to meet business needs.
• Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle including coding, designing and documentation.
• Develop support processes to integrate .NET applications into in-house and third party applications.
• Prepare and maintain system-level, program-level and user-level documentations.
• Act as a technical lead for development and integration of .NET applications.

Requirements:

• Required experience of 3 to 8 years

• Required Skill Set: Core Java, Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Database, Unit Testing & Rest API.

• Good to have Microservices

• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful

• You will be responsible to perform- requirement analysis, high-level design, coding, unit testing, and general quality assurance of the web applications

• Knack for writing clean, readable Java code

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

• Good to have knowledge of Spring Security, and JPA
