1. Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business Collecting documents from the clients and further logging the application in Banks/NBFCs and following up for further sanction and disbursement.
2. Handling direct leads and converting them to closures.
3. Ensure the files are processed from the login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
4. Meeting local DSAs in the market and sourcing business from them.
5. Taking ownership of work assigned and meeting sales targets.
6. Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
7. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
8. Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.
