Software Architect/Solution Architect/CTO

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead to drive backend development, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development, along with hands-on team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide a team of .NET developers while ensuring high coding standards and best practices.

Drive architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

Develop scalable and high-performance backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.

Ensure application security, performance optimization, and clean architecture principles.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams for successful project execution.

Convert business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of software development experience with 1–2 years in a Team Lead role.

Strong expertise in:

.NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Entity Framework Core

REST API Development

Microservices Architecture

Experience with:

SQL Server / PostgreSQL

CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS)

Docker & Kubernetes

Strong understanding of:

SOLID Principles

Design Patterns

Clean Architecture

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to manage teams and drive technical decision-making.

Passion for scalable system design and backend optimization.

• Building and maintaining Java micro services.

• Proficient with SpringBoot, Hibernate, JUnit and other Java frameworks apart from RDBMS and NoSQL databases - PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Gauge or other BDD frameworks and experience in Fintech would be preferred.

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Java programming.

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more libraries & frameworks such as Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Akka, etc.;
  extra points if you can demonstrate your knowledge with working examples.
  2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more Relational and NoSQL datastores such as Amazon S3, Amazon DocumentDB, Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Amazon Aurora, AWS DynamoDB, Amazon Athena, etc.

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more technologies such as Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon Kinesis, Apache Kafka, AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, Amazon API Gateway, etc.

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more technologies such as AWS Developer Tools, AWS Management & Governance, AWS Networking and Content Delivery, AWS Security, Identity, and Compliance, etc.

• Well-versed in Virtualization & Containerization; must demonstrate experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, OpenShift, Anthos, Oracle VirtualBox, Vagrant, etc.

• Well-versed with demonstrable working experience with API Management, API Gateway, Service Mesh, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection & Encryption.

• Hands-on experience with demonstrable working experience with DevOps tools and platforms viz., Jira, GIT, Jenkins, Code Quality & Security Plugins, Maven, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Spinnaker, etc.

• Well-versed with Storage, Networks and Storage Networking basics which will enable you to work in a Cloud environment.

A backend developer is an engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers,

systems engineering, and clients. Depending on the project, what customers need may

be a mobile stack, a Web stack, or a native application stack.

You will be responsible for:

 Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

 Own & build new modules/features end-to-end independently.

 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

 Thorough understanding of Node.js and Typescript.

 Excellence in at least one framework like strongloop loopback, express.js, sail.js, etc.

 Basic architectural understanding of modern day web applications

 Diligence for coding standards

 Must be good with git and git workflow

 Experience of external integrations is a plus

 Working knowledge of AWS or GCP or Azure - Expertise with linux based systems

 Experience with CI/CD tools like jenkins is a plus.

 Experience with testing and automation frameworks.

 Extensive understanding of RDBMS systems

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Mongo DB as a Developer.
• Deploy and create MongoDB clusters with appropriate configuration once the machines are provisioned
• Be able to script, and have programming ability with MongoDB shell and/or other programming languages
• Configure and monitor replica sets and Sharded Clusters
• Ability and experience in working with applications that work with MongoDB such as Java, Node.js and/or others
• Experience with MongoDB security, managing roles and permissions
• Experience with MongoDB backups and restores, manually and using MongoDB and other tools
• Knowledge and experience in working with MongoDB Ops Manager and/or Cloud manager
• Knowledge and/or experience working with MongoDB Atlas
