What does the core role include?

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Designing stateless components in React Native
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Working with the developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features

What can fetch you brownie points?

• Hands on experience with React Native is required
• Hands-on experience in React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem
• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual
• Good knowledge of JS frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience

Hybrid Apps,React Native, Native iOS and Android Architecture understanding

• Experience range should be 2 to 6 years with 2 years of strong Flutter Development Experience.
• This is going to be and Individual Contributor role hence candidate should be able to single-handedly perform tasks, manage role/project and seek direction by him/herself.
• Strong Coding and Development exposure in Flutter.
• Azure Exposure is mandatory.
• GitHub Link is mandatory.

• Experience range should be 7 to 9 years; currently leading a team for multiple projects.
• Minimum 2 years of strong Flutter Coding & Development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Team-management experience.
• Alongside development exposure in Flutter, candidate should have good exposure in Testing and on Backend support.
• Azure Exposure is mandatory.
• GitHub Link is mandatory.

• Experience with building scalable applications using Flutter on android or IOS. (we are happy to meet you even if you do not know flutter but are willing to learn)
• Strong knowledge of Architectural pattern like Bloc, Provider etc in Flutter. Knowledge of writing Plugins in Flutter is a good to have skill
• Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing flutter widgets.
• Experience in working with Dart.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, jira & API integration will be extremely useful
• Strong UI building skills and the ability to handle updates in UI with high frequency data changes.
• Experience with version control systems (bitbucket, git etc.)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Should have demonstrated experience working on application development projects and test-driven development. Experience in writing high quality code
• Strong state management knowledge
• Experience in Fintech domain will be another added advantage

Responsibilities

#Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

#Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

#Work with outside data sources and API-s.

#Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

#Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

#Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

#Collaborate with PMs, designers, and QA to create a great experience for our customers.

Key Competencies

#1-3 years of hands-on experience building Android apps in Kotlin/ Java.

#In-depth understanding of Android libraries available to developers as well as with third-party libraries. #Good knowledge of the network layer on Android.

#Good understanding of Android fundamentals - an end to end app development and creating custom components. Well versed in Android performance

#Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team to achieve set targets and deadlines.

#Understanding of XML/JSON, experience using Mysql & Git

#Understand testing methods and app release process

#Having knowledge integrating third-party plugins within the application.
