Job Title: Python Backend Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks, database design, API development, and cloud-based architectures. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for front-end and third-party integrations.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and data models.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Integrate applications with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and handle production deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience in RESTful API and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (PyTest, Unittest).
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerized deployments and serverless architecture is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Contribution to open-source projects or community participation.

·    What you’ll be doing:

  Architecting and delivering mid to large scale Enterprise Applications on Microsoft Platform.

·      Recommending and participating in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Application Architecture.

Delivering projects on time with quality.

·      Provide technical leadership regarding technology or project to customers and team members

·      Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming vendor products and solutions.

·      Participate in technical forums and discussion within the team and with clients.

·      Guides and mentors’ team in terms of technical solutioning.

What you’ll bring to the team:

·      You have 15+ years of experience in Strong design & coding experience in Dot net framework using design patterns & OOPs concepts.

·      You have practical knowledge & good understanding of cross technology and functional domains, programming concepts and logical approach for problem solving.

You hold rich experience on web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC5, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, AJAX, XML and CSS.

·      You have experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions, customizing C#, ASP.Net applications using development tools like Visual Studio 2010/2012.

Job Brief

Primary Responsibilities:

• Obtaining in-depth understanding of design and implementation of existing software product
• Performing all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, design, estimation, and development & testing
• Applying innovation and creativity in design and implementation of features
• Designing reusable components, frameworks and libraries
• Troubleshooting production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required
• Follow the processes defined by the project manager and the organization

General Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development in python based technologies.
• Experienced in relational database technologies
• Good in data structures and algorithms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated and willing to learn new technologies
• Experience in AWS cloud technologies is plus
