Roles and Responsibilities

SponsifyMe Technologies(EasyLeadz) is looking for a CakePHP/PHP Developer.

- Helping senior developer build bank end and front end services and products.

- You will also be responsible for integrating third party API's into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

- Knowledge of python and mongodb will be an added advantage.

The role is hybrid i.e both in office and work from home for rest of the days.

We have a product EasyLeadz used by over 80000 businesses worldwide, software subscription.

We are expanding our team to grow it further.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in PHP. Ideally MongoDB and Restful API too.

Responsibilities and Skills:
● Must have worked on Java and hands on experience on frameworks (like Spring),
database layers (like iBatis, Hibernate, etc.)
● Experience on web application & RESTful web service development.
● Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design and Integrating our
front-end UI with the constructed API.
● Hands on UI experience in HTML, JS, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS 4/5/6, React,
JavaScript, XML, JQuery, Ionic 3/4 & Node JS.
● Hands on experience on project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
projects including creating Junit, Unit testing, Code reviews etc.
● To lead the development and lifetime maintenance of software products, as required to
enhance product line. You are also responsible for managing the continuous
improvement process within the software product’s lifecycle.
● Development of planned tasks, participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing
on coding, Troubleshoot and debugging.
● Work closely with clients on issues related to design and development.
● Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with
server-side logic.
● Knowledge of Application server/container configuration management and application
deployment (whether it is Tomcat, JBoss, etc).
● Experience on web application, OOPs, Design Patterns, Interface, Serialization and Git
Version control.
● Ability to handle a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
● Must think logically and be a self-motivated problem solver.
● Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces

Job Requirements:

 

• Experience in writing technical design and development of the application
• Good understanding and hands-on work experience in Core Java/J2EE & concepts such as OOPS, multithreading, Collections, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JDBC, File I/O, XML APIs etc
• Should have worked on Java 1.8
• Design skills –Design Patterns, hands on in restful services
• Working experience on spring core
• Hands on in writing complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of web-services (REST and SOAP);
• Familiarity with NOSQL [eg. Mongo DB] is preferred;
• Familiarity with message queues like Kafka.
• Know-how on containerization applications like Docker, Kubernetes is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool – SVN.
• Hands-on experience in writing Unit tests using Junit.
• Working experience in Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube.
• Experience in tuning applications based on Performance tests/ Load tests/ Stress tests is preferred.
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, IDEs.
• Familiarity with JIRA / JQL is an added advantage

• 5 to 11 years of core development / Product experience

 

Education:

• BE/Btech/MCA

 

Good knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, Linux - Knowledge of open source platforms like Wordpress will be an added advantage. - Experience on Angular JS or React is preferable - Experience using and deploying on Linux. - Experience in teams using CI / CD Pipeline - Git, Jenkins - Experience working in agile methodology - Preference will be given to candidates who have travelled onsite or with US business Visa.
