• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) preferred, or B.Tech (any stream) + MBA.
• Startup Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

PCB Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Role:

• Utilize CAD System to prepare printed circuit board (PCB) documentation (e.g., schematic diagrams, layouts, assembly drawings and Bills of Material).
• Create documentation for the manufacture and fabrication of PCBs following PCB Department standards.
• Collaborative work with mechanical, firmware, thermal design, manufacturing test, and DVT engineers.
• Start to finish ownership of controller PCBAs – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Relevant coursework or work experience.
• High-speed PCB design, board routing from scratch & simulations for EMI/EMC
• PDN analysis
• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies.)
• Medium to high volume DFT and DFM.
• Experience in supervision of PCB layout, plane definition, and EMC optimization.
• Proficiency with basic EE tools (scopes, network analyzers, etc.)
• Embedded programming of DSPs and FPGAs in real-time control applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of basic control theory, including the importance of sensor bandwidths, and design of compensation networks.
• Knowledge of automotive environmental, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of automotive networking (e.g. CAN, LIN) standards.
• Knowledge in power semiconductors and switched-mode power conversion

Education:

Digital Test Analyst

The role will work collaboratively with almost all facets of the agency including our super talented UX, Creative, UI and Development teams as well as our Project Managers. 

THE ROLE 

Sitting within the delivery team, you will be responsible for: 

·       Undertaking manual testing on digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, API’s testing, data verification and validation, and CMS backend testing 

·       Cross Browser, Platform and Device testing, and accessibility testing where applicable 

·       Defining test cases based on project scope to meet project acceptance criteria 

·       Execution of test cases; covering functional, non-functional and regression testing 

·       Creation and ongoing management of Test Plans 

·       Writing and executing automated UAT functional tests using tools such as Selenium and / or Appium 

·       Collaborating with internal and external test resources to execute the test plan 

·       Creation and ongoing management of testing processes

THE ESSENTIALS 

To most effectively perform as the Test Analyst, you should have: 

·       Extensive experience in website functionality testing 

·       Minimum 3 years commercial experience as an experienced Digital Test Analyst 

·       Automated testing experience using tools such as Selenium is a must 

·       Skills to break down project scope into test cases 

·       Strong technical proficiency (Javascript skills preferred)
