Roles & Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement data-driven CRO strategies, elevating website performance and boosting conversion rates.   
• Collaborate with SEO & PPC teams, breathing life into underperforming blogs/landing pages for improved SERP and MQLs.
• Conduct qualitative & quantitative research, uncovering insights to enhance website metrics and MQLs.
• Team up with Content, Sales, & PMM to align messaging with customer pain points and keyword intent.
• Bring design/layout changes to life with the designer and developer, optimizing user flows.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests, recording experiments and tracking their impact on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to revolutionize downstream conversions, devising creative plans for MQLs to SQLs and enhanced closed-won percentages.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of CRO experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand their requirements and design scalable, reliable, and efficient machine learning platform solutions.
• Building and maintaining the applications and infrastructure to support end-to-end machine learning workflows, including inference and continual training.
• Developing systems for the definition deployment and operation of the different phases of the machine learning and data life cycles.
• Working within Kubernetes to orchestrate and manage containers, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of applications.
• Documenting the platform's best practices, guidelines, and standard operating procedures and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and managing machine learning or data platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning and data applications such as Python, Rust, Bash, Go
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment. Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Knowledge of data storage solutions and database technologies commonly used in machine learning and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to test and scale new algorithms through pilots and later industrialize the solutions at scale to the comprehensive fashion network of the Group

• Influence, build and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for the AI projects, and integrate with external IT infrastructure/service to provide an e2e solution

• Leverage an understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed and future-proof code

• Design, develop and maintain the framework for the analytical pipeline

• Develop common components to address pain points in machine learning projects, like model lifecycle management, feature store and data quality evaluation

• Provide input and help implement framework and tools to improve data quality

• Work in cross-functional agile teams of highly skilled software/machine learning engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers and others to build the AI ecosystem within the Group

• Deliver on time, demonstrating a strong commitment to deliver on the team mission and agreed backlog

§ Develop and support applications through all phases of the project life cycle, including Design, Development, Testing Support and Release Support

§ Having good hands-on experience in C#, .Net platform, MVC, SQL, PL/SQL

§ Required to develop applications using C# and .Net platform

§ Required to work independently with the customer and engage well with them

§ Good understanding of design principles and Object oriented programming

§ Develop Low level design documents

§ Responsible for coding, Developing test cases, unit testing and performing integration testing

§ Adhering to the schedule and scope of the project

§ Ensure to follow Technology and Process standards set for the project

§ Produce high quality technical deliverables for the customer

§ Interact with project lead to review Technical deliverables, Test cases and Test results

• Provide status updates to Project Manager

§ 4+ years of experience in Developing the applications/product using C# and .Net in Banking domain

§ Should have passion for technology and possess good learning skills

§ Should have Expertise in Classes, Session management, MVC, Paging, Java Script, JQuery, Web Application

§ Must be strong in OOPs Concepts and common design patterns

§ Should be experienced and have good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL

1. Connecting with minimum 80 to 100 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM
2. Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
3. Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline
4. Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target
