Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
- Implement ITOM modules – Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Strong in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- ServiceNow certification preferred.
