Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

o             Work with Clients to assess requirements

o             Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows

o             Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting

o             Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them

o             Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution

• Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
• Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
• Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
• Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team,  Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (Django/Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and understanding of TDD practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

AI/ML Technical Skills

• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Knowledge of working with large language models (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning concepts
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI model deployment and serving (BentoML, Ray Serve)
• Experience with machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Knowledge of AI/ML observability and monitoring tools
• Understanding of AI safety practices and responsible AI development
• Experience with embedding models and semantic search implementations

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      You have to bring in domain and industry knowledge, share know-how gained through client interactions in a structured way to the product engineering, implementation, sales, marketing and senior management;

·      Role involves gathering market competition and customer information, responding to RFPs/RFIs- Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of prospect/customer, coordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a solution in line with the client requirement

·      Work closely with various internal teams to orchestrate the right technical, functional and commercial responses that create differentiated value for Pennant and help winning bids;

·      Take bottom line responsibility for highest possible quality of our responses, presentations and interactions with the prospect;

·      Prepare and present the company and its responses to CXO’s of the prospect;

·      Lead discovery workshops to determine customers business challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align solution with customer needs

·      Collaborate with marketing and take responsibility to build collaterals for specific LOB’s, personas and modules; refresh them on regular basis;

·      Write blogs, whitepapers and contribute content for website/social media as an when required; get noticed;

·      Mentoring and handholding the junior staff and build excellent presales capabilities

·      Deserving candidate would have worked in the past in technical solutions and presales capacity

Skills and Competencies:

·      Great presentation and communication skills is a must;

Position Title: Manager – Security Operations Organization /Function: Manager is responsible for day to day operational and project delivery for a set of customers Relevant Experience: 10+ years of experience in security area and at least 2 years as Security manager Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/Graduate/Master in any stream with excellent academic record

Must-have Skills: • Must know common security policy frameworks and possess knowledge of how security programs are run at mid to large scale companies • Must have managed a team to deliver “Managed Security Service” or “Security Operations Center” • Prior working Background in either SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, DNIF etc.) or Vulnerability assessment and Management tool (Qualys/Rapid7) and process • Has broader context and understanding of managed security services • Must have service mindset and empathy.
