Roles and Responsibilities:

○ Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and other channels.

○ Conduct sales calls and webinars to promote Medvarsity courses.

○ Convert leads into enrollments by guiding students through the application process.

○ Maintain strong relationships with students, addressing queries and providing course advice.

○ Update CRM tools with accurate data and track sales performance.

○ Work with marketing and other teams to streamline the sales process. 

Key Skills:

○ Proven inside sales experience (preferable)

○ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

○ Ability to build rapport and trust with leads and students.

○ Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales objectives.

○ Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

○ Strong organizational skills to handle multiple leads efficiently. 

Qualifications & Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA / Master’s in Marketing preferred.

 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience — experience in Modern Trade / E- commerce / Quick Commerce / HoReCa is essential.

 Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Hands-on experience in Amazon / online retail operations preferred.

 Analytical mindset with sound knowledge of market trends, pricing, and brand visibility strategies.

About the Role

This role is the bridge between the Accounting Department and the IT Department. You will lead the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring that business processes like invoicing, tax reporting, and project costing are perfectly translated into the system. You are the "Subject Matter Expert" who makes sure the books balance at the end of the month.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Mapping: Lead workshops to understand how the client’s finance team works and document those needs.
• System Configuration: Hands-on setup of core modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank.
• Project Financials: Manage complex processes like revenue recognition, billing models, and intercompany accounting.
• Documentation: Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) that tell the developers what to build.
• Execution: Lead the team through testing (SIT/UAT), help validate data migration, and provide support during the high-pressure "Go-Live" phase.
• Training: Teach the end-users how to use the new system effectively.

Required SkillsFunctional & Technical Skills

• Core Product: Expert knowledge of D365 Finance.
• Accounting Logic: Deep understanding of accounting principles (Work-in-Progress, Revenue Rec, Ledger Posting).
• Lifecycle Experience: Must have seen at least 2-3 full implementations from start to finish.

Good to Have / Preferred

• Project Operations: Experience with the D365 Project Operations integration.
• Regional Experience: Experience with tax and compliance for the APAC region.
• Environment Mastery: Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency setups.
• Background: Experience working for a Tier-1 System Integrator (SI) or Consulting firm.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) is highly preferred.
