We are looking for a skilled IBM Sterling Integrator Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Sterling and integration, along with scripting and database proficiency.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all releases across product and customer projects.
• Define and maintain the release calendar, identifying dependencies and managing risks proactively.
• Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management to ensure release readiness.
• Create release documentation (notes, guides, videos) for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Run a release review process with product leads before publishing.

• Manage post-release validation and rollback procedures when required.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and build/deployment practices.
• Experience creating release documentation and customer-facing content (videos, notes, FAQs).

Objectives of this role

•Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure

Job Overview:

You will work in engineering and development teams to integrate and develop cloud solutions and virtualized deployment of software as a service product. This will require understanding the software system architecture function as well as performance and security requirements. The DevOps Engineer is also expected to have expertise in available cloud solutions and services, administration of virtual machine clusters, performance tuning and configuration of cloud computing resources, the configuration of security, scripting and automation of monitoring functions. This position requires the deployment and management of multiple virtual clusters and working with compliance organizations to support security audits. Position Overview & Priorities:

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and software using Infrastructure as Code. This can include the provision of cloud instances, streamlining deployments, configuring virtual instances, scaling out DB servers.

Primary responsibility would be:

• Oversight of all server environments, from Dev through Production.
