Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
Lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.
2. Research & Collaborate
Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.
3. Assessment & Feedback
Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.
4. Support & Guidance
Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.
5. Professional Development
Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their goals by introducing them to our services and guiding them through the study-abroad process.
Client Acquisition:

We are looking for a product marketing manager to develop user funnels and communication strategies to drive engagement and referrals on the One Code app. Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced Product Marketer with proven success in working with digital products and/or e-commerce for curating & driving product engagement end to end
Responsibilities:
● Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
● Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
● Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product
