About MotionGility

MotionGility is building India's first AI-powered SaaS platform that automates explainer video production for SaaS/AI companies. We combine a Full AI tools stack into a single pipeline that takes a client's product brief and delivers a complete explainer video — script, illustrations, voiceover, and animation — in under a few minutes. We have 11 years of agency experience producing 500+ SaaS explainer videos and we are now building the platform that does this at scale, with AI.

This is an early-stage product role. You will be the first full-time developer on the team, working directly with the founders

Position: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the client-facing SaaS platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase.
• Develop project dashboards, approval workflows, and video delivery interfaces.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Integrate payment gateways and third-party AI APIs.
• Build real-time project tracking and notification systems.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsive design.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product development and technical decisions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience building and shipping React applications.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, or Supabase databases.
• Experience integrating at least one payment gateway in a production project.
• Ability to showcase at least one live deployed product built personally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js (App Router and API Routes).
• Hands-on experience with Supabase Auth, RLS policies, and Realtime features.
• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage SaaS environment.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and models, including LangChain,

OpenAI (GPT-4), and LLaMA

● Proven experience in LLM orchestration, workflow management, and multi-agent

system design using frameworks such as LangGraph

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose end-to-end solutions and

contribute at an architectural/system design level

● Experience building scalable AI-backed backend services using FastAPI and

asynchronous programming patterns

● Solid experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Load

Balancers

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization for deploying and managing

AI/ML applications

● Good understanding of Transformer-based architectures and how modern LLMs work

internally

● Strong skills in data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for analysis

and insights

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including

document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

● Experience in model optimization and training techniques, including fine-tuning,

LoRA, and QLoRA

AI-Native Software Developer Intern

Build real AI agents used daily across the company

We’re looking for a high-agency, AI-native software developer intern to help us build internal AI agents that improve productivity across our entire company (80–100 people using them daily).

You will ship real systems, used by real teams, with real impact.

If you’ve never built anything outside coursework, this role is probably not a fit.

What You’ll Work On

You will work directly on designing, building, deploying, and iterating AI agents that power internal workflows.

Examples of problems you may tackle:

Internal AI agents for:

• Knowledge retrieval across Notion / docs / Slack
• Automated report generation
• Customer support assistance
• Process automation (ops, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
• Decision-support copilots
• Prompt engineering + structured outputs + tool-using agents

Building workflows using:

• LLM APIs
• Vector databases
• Agent frameworks
• Internal dashboards
• Improving reliability, latency, cost, and usability of AI systems
• Designing real UX around AI tools (not just scripts)

You will own features end-to-end:

• A product you built and shipped
• An agent, automation, bot, or workflow you created

These are not required but will strongly differentiate you:

• Built projects using:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / custom agent frameworks
