About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will support our sales and marketing efforts, help expand our clients base, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads using marketing tools, databases, and networking platforms.
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and provide insights for growth strategies.
• Support the marketing team in creating campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Participate in business development meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Provide administrative support and documentation related to business development activities.

What you'll do:

• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, ionic, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more
• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework
• Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications
• Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off
• Mentor junior developers on the team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with Apache Cordova framework
• Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin
• Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS
• Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management
• Experience developing and deploying applications within Kubernetes based containers
• Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business consulting role, with a special focus on executive.

Job Description

Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, senior leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning. Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across Growth, Technology, Operations and Product Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. 

Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects. Willingness to develop and learn subject matter expertise in healthcare, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications. 

Requirements 

Ex Consultants from McKinsey/ Bain/ BCG or other top tier consulting firms will be preferred 

Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from top tier engineering schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB within 1-4 years experience will be preferred 

Minimum 2 years prior experience in strategy consulting or strong experience in leading PnL at a high growth startups or equally analytical roles preferred. 

Strong analytical ability, with excellent track record as an independent problem solver. Ability to understand large amounts of data to problem find the issue and crisply communicating to CEO will be a given. Adept at MS Excel & PPT 

Extremely agile, and enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment where there is pressure to deliver on business outcomes. Wants to be legendary every day. 

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.

• Responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
• Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
• Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
• Influences changes to standards when necessary.
• Assists domain architecture team on solutions management and timing of financial spend for application solutions.
• Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
• Provides analysis of security protection technologies as necessary.
