Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on developing and implementing automated testing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure maximum test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify appropriate test scenarios.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on automation best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management or relevant field.
- Previous experience as a QA engineer.
