Strong Data Scientist/Machine Learnings/ AI Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer building ML models

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in Python with the ability to implement classical ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in minimum 2+ usecaseds out of recommendation systems, image data, fraud/risk detection, price modelling, propensity models

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong exposure to NLP, including text generation or text classification (Text G), embeddings, similarity models, user profiling, and feature extraction from unstructured text

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience productionizing ML models through APIs/CI/CD/Docker and working on AWS or GCP environments

Mandatory (Company) – Must be from product companies, Avoid candidates from financial domains (e.g., JPMorgan, banks, fintech)

Should be CA qualified, or an MBA Finance, similar & relevant qualification, Big4 experience preferred

Work Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
Salary Range 6-8LPA

Financial Reporting:
•Management Accounting, Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation,   accounts payable and receivable
•Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time, management of Companies Act Compliances
•Responsible for oversight and providing guidance to core activities such as: fixed asset management, taxation
•Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
•Responsible for preparation of monthly performance decks, sales and other reporting requirements

1. Excellent Communication Skills required
2. Minimum 6 months in international sales process or 1 year in customer support

Job Description: Database Engineer

We are looking for a Database Engineer with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for the ability to optimize, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability of the databases.

Additional desirable skills:

About You

·        Should have 5 to 6 years of work experience as a Python Developer

·        Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)

·        Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

·        Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

·        Should have completed B.E/B.Tech. /MCA in any field.

·        Good problem-solving skills and Team spirit.

·        Writing scalable code using Python programming language.

·        Testing and debugging applications.

·        Developing back-end components.

·        Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic.

·        Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests.

·        Integrating data storage solutions.

What you need to have: 

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies involving Enterprise Java and Distributed  technologies.
2. Experience in Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic Search, SQL, Kibana, Python, experience w/ machine learning and Analytics     etc.
3. Collaborate with developers, product manager, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements..
4. Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
5. Assist in the design and implementation process for new products, research and create POC for possible solutions.
6. Develop components based on business and/or application requirements
7. Create unit tests in accordance with team policies & procedures
8. Advise, and mentor team members in specialized technical areas as well as fulfill administrative duties as defined by support process
9. Work with cross-functional teams during crisis to address and resolve complex incidents and problems in addition to assessment, analysis, and resolution of cross-functional issues.
