Job description

Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements

Design, develop and implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites in Sitecore to support the expansion of the core Sitecore platform

Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the engineering standards/best practices, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met

Diagnose and solve common problems related to Sitecore implementation

Provide consulting and technical guidance to the Digital Production Team including System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS platform

Responsiblity-

4+ years of industry experience in developing web based applications using ASP.NET/C#, MVC

Bachelors of Computer Science or a related field is required

Extensive experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) architecture

Knowledge of Sitecore Templates, Layouts, Components, Dynamic Bindings, Sitecore API, Rendering

Experience with serialization tools such as TDS (Team Development for Sitecore) or Unicorn

Proficient in JavaScript, XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML

Proficient in integration patterns with a Lucene, Search, Commerce package, Payment Gateways or other platforms

We are a stealth startup (founded by IIT-IIM alums) building a niche gamified parental community and market place for parents of children aged 0-12 years. We are looking for a CTO/Co-founder who has significant consumer facing app build experience (4+ years app building, 6-7 years overall experience) with comfort around React Native, Java, Node JS, Mango DB etc. Tech leaders from Hyderabad would be given preference (not necessary).

Information Security Manager shall be primarily responsible to :

• Run and manage the BAU security infosec operations
• Create and maintain ISMS Policy and Process documents
• Ensure Infosec compliance with RBI and other regulatory agencies
• Participate in IT / Infosec Audits and ensure closure of observations within given timeliness
• Conduct regular VAPT (Vulnerability Assessments) and track closure of open observations
• Identifying and evaluating new IT security technologies and services and implementing it
• Ensure cyber security related polices and technologies are in place
• Conducting regular Inforsec Awareness within users in the organization
• The person needs to work closely with the CISO and other stakeholders – Risk, IT and Audit teams.

Key Accountability:

• Ensuring adequate security controls are in place & working effectively within the organization for information & cyber security
• Ensuring effectiveness of all IT controls to prevent any unauthorized access or activities at a system administration level
• Identify potential security weaknesses through vulnerability assessments and track them to closure within the timeliness
• Tracking and reporting key risk indicators defined for IT processes
• Create and maintain the documentation for information system audits in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Create / Review ISMS policy and process
• Implement Strategic IT Infosec projects to strengthen the overall IT Security posture

o  Expert in Python, Pandas and Numpy with knowledge of Python web Framework such as Django and Flask.

o  Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.

o  Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

o  Able to build data pipelines.

o  Strong unit test and debugging skills.

o  Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

o  Good understanding of RDBMS databases among Mysql or Postgresql.

o  Able to analyze and transform raw data.

• Creating cost effective, scalable, agile processes that can cater to increased production requirements
• Creating and executing the production plan
• Collaborating closely with the Business Analyst(s) and the Merchandiser(s) for the same
• Ensuring that the manufactured apparels (both inhouse and at vendor site) meet the quality benchmarks
• Bringing in more robust quality measures to the entire production process
• Motivating and upskilling his teams and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration at all times
• Ensuring complete and timely handoffs amongst teams to ensure the manufacturing is as per plan
• Ensuring that the vendors are able to fulfill the manufacturing requirements on time and that there are no delays on their front because of capacity issues
• Creating stringent processes related to vendor allocation and follow ups to ensure timely delivery
• Partnering with internal teams such as Merchandisers, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal etc
• Ensuring that the processes and their interface with technology stays updated with changing times
• Submitting production cost estimates and ensuring the Purchasing Orders are issued on time
• Ensuring cost optimization and ensuring strong fiscal controls are in place across the production process
• Driving a strong execution culture within his team so as to ensure that delivery is as per the production planned/ launch plan
• Communicating terms and conditions applicable to all external partners related to Production and ensuring adherence to the same
• Introducing best practices to the organization
