The Role

We’re looking for a mission-driven Co-Founder to lead all things Revenue & Partnerships. You’ll be the commercial engine of Flexable—building monetization strategies, forging powerful partnerships, unlocking revenue streams, and helping us scale to 100x.

What You’ll Do

• Own revenue — define and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and grow paying customers
• Build strategic partnerships — with marketplaces, SaaS tools, agencies, B2B ecosystems, and affiliates
• Explore monetization levers — memberships, subscriptions, lead-gen models, commission-based funnels, etc.
• Work closely with Product & Growth — to shape user flows, pricing, upsells, and conversion optimization
• Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans — for different customer segments: startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients
• Fundraising support — help shape the narrative around traction, GTM, and business model when speaking to investors
• Track KPIs — like CAC, LTV, churn, revenue velocity, and partnership ROI

You Should Be

• An operator at heart — you know how to hustle and build playbooks that work
• Experience in B2B sales, growth, or partnerships (marketplace or SaaS background is a big plus)
• Startup-minded — comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and wearing multiple hats
• Deeply curious about the future of work and freelancing
• Strong network in the startup/SME ecosystem (India or global is a plus)
• Ready to go all-in as a co-founder (equity + vision > salary)

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience of minimum 2 years, CTC – 18LPA
• Ability to develop Deep Learning frameworks to solve problems.
• Design and create platforms for image processing and visualization.
• Knowledge of computer vision libraries.
• Understanding of dataflow programming.
• B.E. (E&TC /Computer / IT / Mechanical / Electronics)
• C++, video analytics, CUDA, Deepstream

The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Computer Vision Engineer, to join our office in Pune. As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will support our clients in defining and implementing a data journey aligned with their strategic objectives.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Work with the research team to research, develop, evaluate, and optimize various computer vision and deep learning models for different problems.
• Take ownership to drive computer vision solutions and meet customer requirements.
• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements and maintain them to later improve to address additional customer requirements in the future.
• Developing data handling and machine learning pipelines for training
• In-depth understanding of computer vision models including object detection, semantic segmentation, and key-point detection
• Implementing algorithms in robust, efficient, and well-tested code.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Works in requirements like Engineering, Design, Development, and Deployment. All the tasks involves working with Java, SQL Server and Couchbase. 

Build and monitor data pipelines that serve 100+ websites, 150M+ unique impressions daily. Write code that can handle 4x more scale than the given requirement. 

Maintain uptime of multiple distributed web applications. 

Build data pipelines to pull data from upstream partners like Google. 

You Should Have: 

Minimum 3 years of experience with Java. 

Minimum 2 year of experience with any SQL database (MySql, MSSql, Oracle, DB2, Sybase). Minimum 3 years of experience with web development. 

Experience with any NoSql database (MongoDb, Couchbase, CouchDb, DynamoDb). Experience of designing/implementing/maintaining scalable systems. 

Experience with any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

Good To Have: 

Experience with BI and data reporting. 

Experience with Elastic search. 

Understanding of data warehousing. 

Experience in Node.js. 

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
