What we're building

We're a small studio shipping several products across web and mobile: an AI-powered platform for creators, a sponsorship-intelligence platform, a live subscription app on iOS and Android, and more in the pipeline. You'll work across this portfolio — full-stack — taking over and extending existing production code rather than building from scratch.

About the role

Your immediate focus is integration work on one of our creator platforms: the frontend and backend are built — we need the integrations wired up (payments, AI/LLM flows, third-party APIs). Over time you'll contribute across the other products as they evolve.

This is a hands-on full-stack web role: we need someone with real production experience building SaaS web applications on both the frontend (React) and the backend (Node.js, Supabase, REST APIs, third-party integrations) — not a specialist in one.

We're looking for someone earlier in their career but genuinely capable: past the "still learning to ship" stage, hungry to prove themselves, and reliable.

What you'll do

• Complete integrations on top of an existing frontend/backend — e.g. Stripe Connect payouts, the AI/LLM content-processing flow, and related REST APIs.
• Build and extend features across our SaaS platforms: React frontends, Node.js / Supabase backends, server-side logic, and internal tools.
• Fix UI/responsiveness issues and ship reliable updates to production.
• If you also have React Native / Expo experience, contribute to our mobile app (language expansion, UI fixes, store releases) — a plus, not a requirement.

Must have

• 2+ years hands-on experience building production web apps / SaaS products, full-stack.
• Frontend: strong React (TypeScript) — components, state management, responsive layouts, and working comfortably in an existing codebase.
• Backend: Node.js server-side logic, building and consuming REST APIs, and working with Supabase (Postgres) or Firebase — auth, data models, webhooks, and wiring up third-party services.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript across the stack.
• Comfortable with third-party API and payment integration (Stripe). Stripe Connect is a strong plus.
• Tests own work thoroughly before shipping; reliable, detail-oriented; communicates clearly in English and flags blockers early.

Nice to have

• React Native + Expo experience, ideally with an app shipped to the App Store and/or Play Store (App Store Connect / TestFlight, Google Play releases; a Mac plus iPhone/Android for testing).
• App localization / i18n experience, including RTL languages (Hebrew).
• AI/LLM API integration, transcription/vision pipelines.
• Push notifications (FCM/APNs), RevenueCat or in-app subscriptions, CI/CD.

How we work

• Clear written requirements and acceptance criteria before you start.
• "Done" means tested end-to-end with proof (a short recording or screenshots) — not just "works on my machine."
• Only build what's agreed; propose before adding or changing scope. Never delete production/client data without sign-off.
• Short daily update: what's done (with proof), what's next, and any blockers.

Logistics

Fully remote, open to developers in India. You'll work across several products, so variety and range matter. We pay fairly for solid mid-level work, with real room to grow in scope and pay as the portfolio expands.

Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team that depends on this information

Proficiency with full stack development preferably React, Java, springboot, python. Perform unit tests, resolve bugs and be responsible for the delivery of the project to production

Be a thought leader in bringing the GenAI capabilities to Visa's product development

Be comfortable looking at system logs when needed and identifying bugs when they might appear during course of analysis

Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams

Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable platforms

Synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities

Candidates will be responsible for value proposition definition, communications across technical, business and product functions, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations

Partner with business operations and analytics team to build right monitoring capabilities and metrics which helps monitor the health of the platform and facilitates data driven decision making

Define product requirements which involve writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets

Be the primary liaison between business units, business product managers, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless integration of new and existing feature sets

Highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across functions

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind and can be launched globally with minimal tweaks

Work closely with senior leadership providing status, action plan and recommendations

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and TypeScript.

- Work with cutting-edge tech, building solutions using Large Language Models.

- Architect and optimise cloud infra for efficiency, security, and scalability (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Integrate and deploy APIs, databases, and front-end interfaces seamlessly.

- Lead code reviews to uphold coding standards and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8+ years in software development with expertise in Python and TypeScript.

- Exposure to building or integrating solutions using LLMs.

- Proven ability to lead teams or projects, ensuring high quality outcomes.

- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and Infrastructure-as-Code.

- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.

- Exceptional analytical and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with vector databases (e.g. Weaviate or Milvus) for semantic search or embedding storage.

- Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Next.js or Angular).

- Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application.
