Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to own and grow our most valuable client partnerships. You will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of key accounts — driving renewals, upsells, and ensuring clients extract maximum value from Superbot’s AI communication stack. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery — you’ll need commercial instincts paired with enough technical fluency to consult on bot strategy and deployment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of 15–25 key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for CXOs, IT heads, and department leads.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion into new use cases (voice bots, WhatsApp bots, chat widgets, outbound campaigns).
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting ROI metrics, usage analytics, and actionable recommendations to deepen platform adoption.
• Collaborate with the Prompt Engineering and Bot Deployment teams to ensure client bots are optimised for conversion, CSAT, and operational goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally — channel feedback to Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
• Identify at-risk accounts early, build and execute retention playbooks, and maintain a net revenue retention rate above target.
• Support pre-sales efforts for strategic prospects by contributing to solution design, demos, and proposal narratives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account health data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Stay current on competitive landscape, industry trends in conversational AI, and regulatory shifts relevant to client verticals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Sales in a SaaS / AI / CPaaS / EdTech environment.
• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with P&L conversations, pricing negotiations, and contract structuring.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, chatbot/voicebot platforms, or CPaaS ecosystems (Twilio, Gupshup, Tata Tele, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfort with data-driven account planning.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving product environment and can context-switch across verticals.

• Drive co-branded marketing initiatives with merchants.
• Plan and execute major campaigns to drive merchant sales.
• Proactively engage with the merchant's marketing team and be the point of contact from the company India marketing team.
• Plan year-long marketing activities to help merchants gain visibility among company users.
• Plan campaigns for the pipeline of merchants.
• Run ads on major platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter. Build landing pages.
• Plan and manage the merchant marketing department's budget and prepare quarterly and annual reports.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2C facing business.
• Although not mandatory, the experience of working in a Marketing Agency/FMCG Company/E-Commerce Company/Fintech Company is preferred.
• Experience in ideating and executing major campaigns.
• Experience in running ads on digital platforms, Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of building landing pages on WordPress is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to continuously learn emerging marketing trends and adopt the ones aligning with business objectives.
• Ability to coordinate and work with interdepartmental teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong time-management skills to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

As a Principal Engineer at EquityList, you’ll own and drive the engineering direction of the company. You’ll work with an existing team of 4 strong full-stack engineers, writing production code while setting the technical bar across architecture, scalability, and reliability.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and product leadership to turn business priorities into well-designed systems, guide major technical decisions, and ensure we move fast without breaking fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

1. Hands-On Coding (50%): Own full-stack epics/features end-to-end (React/Node/Postgres stack) from ideation to production.
2. Technical Leadership (20%): Guide architecture decisions, system design, DevOps (CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes), and infosec (auth, encryption, SOC2 basics).
3. Mentoring & Code Quality (15%): Conduct code reviews for 80%+ of PRs, pair-program with juniors/mids, run tech syncs to the upskill team.
4. Hiring & Team Building (5%): Screen candidates, lead technical interviews, contribute to scaling the team.
5. Product Strategy (10%): Collaborate with CEO/Product Manager on roadmap prioritization, effort estimation, and refinement.

Key Deliverables (Essential Functions & Responsibilities):

Accounts Receivable Management:

·         Oversee revenue accounting and reconciliation of e-commerce/Partner business

Audit & Governance:

About the Tech
