Overview :

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with over 3+ years of UX expertise to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong user-centric mindset, data-driven decision-making skills. This role requires a deep understanding of product road mapping, stakeholder management, and the capability to navigate ambiguity while meeting strict timelines.

Responsibilities :

1. User-Centric Design :

- Develop and implement a user-centric design approach across the entire product lifecycle.

- Advocate for the users, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the forefront of all design decisions.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making :

- Comfortably utilize data analysis and insights to inform design choices and improve user experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret relevant data for design enhancements.

3. Product Road Mapping :

- Lead the product design roadmap, aligning design strategies with overall product goals.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

4. Stakeholder Management :

- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to align design priorities with business objectives.

5. Communication Skills :

- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of design goals.

6. Adaptability in Startup Environment :

- Navigate ambiguity and changing priorities inherent in a dynamic startup environment.

- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, delivering high-quality designs within strict timelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- Over 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of successful product design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

What you will be doing:

• SATISFIC is a product-based company; hence will be required to work on product development and support.
• Need to work on the following technologies – Angular, Node JS, Core Web API and PostgreSQL.
• SATISFIC’s product is hosted in AWS. This will provide you with an opportunity to work on the latest cloud technologies
• Coding computer programs.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code and libraries for future use.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Timely completion of daily assigned projects as per requirements
• Complete adherence to all metrics and parameters associated with each project through completion of project.
• Effective Time management.
• Mentor and assist Trainee/ Junior Software Engineers to complete assigned tasks.
• Check coding standards and deliverables against each project/product specifications for their own and their junior engineers before delivery.
• Develop module specification documents for internal purpose.
• Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and reliability of the deliverables and system.

About your experience:

• Total work experience of more than 5 years and minimum 3+ years in development
• Has led a team of developers and coders on Node js
• 3-4 years of proven experience in Node.Js and frameworks available for it.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Expertise with Services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs (Service-oriented architectures).
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Project and time management skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related area from a good institute is preferred

• To appoint Block Sales Manager in their respective Districts.
• To manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• To identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• To work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• To assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• To conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• To contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• To stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• To maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• To build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• To analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• To ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• To develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• To plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
• To provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
