We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Web App Developer to design and maintain scalable, cloud-based backend systems. This role demands expertise in microservices, AWS, and backend technologies to deliver efficient and high-performing applications.

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems for cloud-based web applications.
• Develop microservices using AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS) and databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Design and implement REST APIs for seamless communication between systems.
• Create containerized solutions with Docker for efficient deployment.

• Contribute to key decisions on product and technology direction.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 10+ Years in Backend Development; 3+ Years in large-scale, microservices-based projects.
• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Java.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Database Skills: Expertise in MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability.

Data engineers:

Developing analytical tools, utilities, and reporting mechanisms.

Conducting complex data analysis and presenting results effectively.

Preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.

Applying strong programming and problem-solving skills to develop scalable solutions.

Writes unit/integration tests, contributes towards documentation work

Must have ....

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and owning scalable, resilient, and distributed data pipelines.

High proficiency in Scala/Java/ Python API frameworks/ Swagger and Spark for applied large-scale data processing.

Expertise with big data technologies, API development (Flask,,including Spark, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Hive.

Solid understanding of batch and streaming data processing techniques.

Proficient knowledge of the Data Lifecycle Management process, including data collection, access, use, storage, transfer, and deletion.

Expert-level ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries across extensive data volumes.

Experience with RDBMS and OLAP databases like MySQL, Redshift.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Obsession for service observability, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting.

Knowledge or experience in architectural best practices for building data pipelines.

Experience of using .NET Core framework.

·   Web development experience in HTML5, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular 2+.

·   Good experience in MVC/ Web API/ Web services.

·   Good experience in Entity framework, SQL server (Writing Complex Queries, Store Proc.) and reporting.

·   Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Solid Design Principle (Mandatory For 4+ Experience).

·   Familiar with version control/ development tools such as GIT,CI/CD, Subversion, Bitbucket, TFS, Hudson, Bamboo or equivalents.

·   Agile/ Scrum development on complex applications/ products across distributed teams. Use of Jira/ Ace/ Trello (or similar tools) is essential.

·   Good exposure of client communication (voice & text chat through Skype).

·   Strong analytical skills.

Overview:

The Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, optimizing, and executing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics while also supporting the team where needed. 

Job Responsibilities.

• Create and set up new paid media campaigns for clients and partners (Primary Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ad Platforms)
• Support the TL in the development of the paid media strategy
• Research and analyse new market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply
• learnings to the campaign(s)
• Keep a tight grip on the market and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities and implement relevant changes
• Analyse and use conversion tracking data to further optimise and develop campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics to optimize and improve the campaign performance.
• Prepare analysis for client fortnightly & monthly review meetings
