Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend technologies and best practices, as well as a passion for creating robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Education:

You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.

WordPress Developer duties and responsibilities :-

- Designing and implementing new features and functionality

- Establishing and guiding the website's architecture

- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

- Conducting website performance tests.

- Troubleshooting content issues.

- Conducting WordPress training with the client.

- Monitoring the performance of the live website

- WordPress Developer requirements and qualifications :-

- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
