We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil Engineering (Diploma or Degree) combined with a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: actively scout for new construction projects and potential clients (Builders, Contractors, Architects, and Civil Engineers) in the assigned territory.

• Technical Sales: Explain the technical specifications and benefits of our products/services to potential clients using your civil engineering knowledge.

• Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of standard construction contract forms (e.g., FIDIC), tendering processes, and costing principles is essential. The candidate must possess exceptional negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills.
