• Designing and developing Ruby on Rails web applications/webservices in an agile environment

• Implement AJAX features and functionality using Javascript Integrate and optimise HTML/CSS front-ends Solid experience with RoR, MySQL/Cassandra, Shell Scripting Strong experience in Angular, Javascript, HTML/CSS and web services
• Working experience in using Jquery and D3 Experience in converting UI/UX design to HTML elements/assets

Role

As a NodeJS developer at Techwondoe, you will be designing, developing and deploying applications built using nodeJS techstack. You will start working on a project that has cloud functions, services built using nodeJS and deployed into GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud functions using nodeJS and services using nestJS
• Write unit tests for all the code with good coverage
• Develop and maintain Cl/CD pipelines in gitlab
• Mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code, guiding them in right direction
• Build quality code that is easily readable, scalable and maintainable

Skills Required

• 3+ years of working experience using nodeJS

• Create Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.  
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.  
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.  

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.  
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD tools (any).  
• Robust knowledge of popular databases like MongoDB, Elastic Search, DynamoDB, Redis etc;
