The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to manage and oversee office operations, travel arrangements, vendor relationships, legal documentation, and visa processing. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office infrastructure.
• Oversee office supply inventory and procurement.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely payments.
• Manage company contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).
• Manage visa processing with proper documentation and compliance with immigration laws.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role.
• HR documentation and knowledge about HR Policies.
• Experience in vendor management and contract handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Experience with travel management and legal documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency in the Kannada language (speaking, reading) is mandatory.

1) Proficient knowledge on Core Acquiring process for Banks & ISOs/Aggregators
2) Sound knowledge of Payments Domain, Payment/Switching, banking and finance domain (POS, IPG , UPI.....)
3) Knowledge on Acquiring Solution & Systems for Merchant Management , Asset Management , Support Management , Payouts & Recovery , Staging & Settlements , end to end Recon

• Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design and implement complex business logic, data models, and workflows to support business requirements.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate should be hands-on, creative and passionate for new technology in Angular, NodeJS, AWS, MVC and enjoys collaboration, love software programming/coding and carries appetite for learning and sharing knowledge to make an impact on project delivery.
• Experts in multiple technologies such as Modern Java Script framework (preferably Angular 2 and above), Plain old Vanilla Java Script, MVC, jQuery, Web API, Node.JS, AWS, HTML, CSS etc. across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management (No Sql and Relational Database) etc.
• Must have good understanding of TypeScript, Materialized CSS, Sass, Less etc.
• Good to have Task Runners (Grant, Gulp, Webpack), Transpilers like Babel.
• Guide and mentor reporting team and create high performing technology teams.
• Monitor module progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks work to actively to resolve/mitigate the same.
• Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment.
• Solid understanding and experienced of verson control systems like Git, GitHub, BitBucket, SVN etc.
