Job Role: Sales Consultant (Outbound Process)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant (Outbound Process) to drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving defined targets. The role involves handling qualified leads from the Telemarketing team, making outbound calls (dialer/manual), and ensuring seamless agreement signings.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into successful closures through outbound calls.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including agreement formalities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in the US market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Work Schedule

• US EST working hours (with Daylight Saving adjustments).
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.

• Salary: Up to ₹42,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

YoHo aims to provide affordable and durable solutions for every person's unique interior design preferences, reflecting creativity, and exceptional taste. Building a brand worth $100 million in only two years is our focus, and we have already succeeded in multiple businesses, such as hotel chains across Bengaluru, pubs, restaurants, automated laundry operations, and real estate. We aspire to grow to 100 employees with three experience centers in Bengaluru in the next year, with plans to expand into multiple new cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Interior Design role located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Interior Designer at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the project's design phase, working with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet them, and leading a team of junior designers. You will also be tasked with preparing and presenting design proposals, creating designs suitable for space planning, and conducting site visits to ensure proper alignment with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or architecture
• 2+ years of experience in an interior design role or similar position
• Expertise in utilizing design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Studio Max, as well as photography, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively, working autonomously as well as collaborating with others as a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet project deliverables on time and under budget while also maintaining client satisfaction

• Understand target audience persona
• Ability to convert requirements into a learning game outline, plot, game mechanics and storyline.
• Develop dynamic characters and grahics
• Create the rules of the game
• Conduct play testing to test the game concept
• Develop user interface concepts (menus and controls)
• Generate the Game Design Document (GDD)
• Develop and test early prototypes
• Define the user experience
• Work with programmers to design the back end of the game
• Produce sound effects, dialogue, musical score, sound mix and sound edit
• Manage quality assurance testing, and follow up on feedback

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore app. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 5-6 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

· Website designing, building, or maintaining

· Expanding/enhancing the website once built.

· Responsive website design

Qualifications and Skills:

· 1+ Years of Work Experience.

· Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.

· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

· Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience

· Should be computer savvy and have strong communication skills.

· Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of E-commerce.

· Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails.

· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
