Role & Responsibilities

Create accurate and high-quality artwork for print and digital formats.

Work within client brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in all designs.

Develop scientific posters, packaging, brochures, and marketing materials.

Manage workload effectively within agreed timelines, including tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.

Review, update, and finalize design files, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.

Monitor artwork quality throughout the design process and proactively resolve any inconsistencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing, and project leads.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment — requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Source cybersecurity and IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.
• Evaluate candidates for skills such as Network Security, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, IAM, VAPT, and GRC.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive timely closures and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Cybersecurity profiles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with hiring tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under timelines.

Minimum 6-8 years experience in software sales
Experience working for the US market
Proven track record for reaching revenue targets, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, account management and lead generation capabilities.
You must have the experience of managing an annual sales quota of $1M or more.
Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience selling digital solutions to multiple industry verticals is a plus.
Experience working with a mid sized systems integrator would be a plus
MBA/PGDBM with relevant experience

ROLE

With the recent Series B raise of $32 million, we are all geared up to scale our business globally. Naturally, the engineering team needs to rapidly improve the product, work on scale and performance, and build new features and products to capture new markets.

We are seeking seasoned leaders to grow our engineering teams, scale our development & release processes, and create world class products.

The role will involve building high-performance software engineering teams and delivering world-class software

Presenting plans, updates and risks to all stakeholders is a critical part of the role. 

Leaders must be hands-on when it comes to addressing customer issues, code quality, RCA / issue prevention and managing risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building software products and SaaS applications
• Highly energetic leader with experience of building high-performance engineering teams and delivering great software
• Exposure to managing scale and huge growth in software usage
• Worked with product design teams, customers and other stakeholders to create a well-defined product roadmap and deliver per plan
• Highly customer-focused with the ability to manage fast-paced release environment
• Strong knowledge of AWS from architecture and costs perspective.
• Exceptionally well-organized individual with great listening, communication and presentation skills

Experience- .NET, AWS

This person MUST have:
 

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• Cloud architect with hands on development background.
• Build a collaborative relationship with different stakeholders
• Experience on React JS and Python Programming
• Exposure to Python/Django +  NodeJS + ReactJS
• Ensure and drive completions of all committed tasks and deliverables
• Run daily stand-ups and bring teams into an agile cadence of frequent iterations
• Increase team productivity by removing obstacles and keeping processes lean.
• Able to prioritise different tasks and communicate it to the different verticals of the organisation.
• Regularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating,
• with a focus on simplification and productivity.
• Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.

Experience:

• Min 7 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location:

• Remote 

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
