Must-have qualifications

- Strong Python (incl. async) and Java (the primary enterprise application stack; Spring a plus); solid API and systems design.
- Azure GenAI hands-on: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search for RAG, Azure AI Document Intelligence (IDP), and Prompt Flow.

The Hydrologist / Drainage Planning Expert will lead hydrological, hydraulic, and drainage design
tasks across infrastructure, transportation, water resources, and urban development projects. The
role involves rainfall-runoff analysis, watershed delineation, hydraulic modelling, flood-risk evaluation,
stormwater drainage design, and integration of survey and geospatial datasets such as LiDAR, drone
imagery, DEMs, and topographic survey data. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct rainfall-runoff analysis using standard hydrological methods.
